Dear sir,
I had purchased Split AC from himanshu enterprises, Indore (M.P)
Just after the purchase i was facing problem in A.C
it is not cooling and also making some noices.
after repeated complaint to himanshu enterprise and also to Mitsubishi technician Mr. Soni my issue is not yet been resolved
it has been more than 6 months, as we are out of patience no we want a readily replacement of A.C or else we will be forced to file a complaint

    I have taken a VRV system from a dealer PRIME INC (noida) for my new residence which is under construction in Pitampura (HD-19) Delhi.
    Mr Rakesh was very much available when he was punching order and at the time of advances as per contract terms. My nightmare started the moment low side staff entered my site. They created havoc at site started bullying other staff and vendors at site. They were doing wrong ducting and half work due to which my site is at hault since 2 months. The low side staff is rude and unprofessional to core. They dont know how to talk to client. Mr Rakesh being owner has no say in his office i guess low side staff dont listen to him.
    For me I paid to MITSUBISHI and not PRIME INC ( frauds) representing your value brand.
    Pls look into this matter and resolve this asap before i took any legal action and do FIR on this dealer and post this to all influencer platforms. How can MITSUBISHI give dealership to such people who hire goons like staff and harass clients after buying expensive VRV system for luxury projects.

      Dear Sir
      I have purchased AC in the year 2018 at Nagpur. AC worked properly for first 6-8 months. Later in 2019 in summer when I started it was providing hot air, I serviced it but to my dissatisfaction it did not worked and was still providing hot air. In 2020-21 I had to refill the gas the AC was throwing hot air but to the dissatisfaction still it was not working as was expected. Again now it is proving hot air and probably have to again refill gas for AC which seems very costly and information regarding yearly gas filling was not provided while purchasing AC. Also this is causing environmental hazards dur to release of gas in atmosphere.
      Thus you are requested to please either repair the AC with immediate effect or better to replace the Unit immediately else I am forced to move to consumer forum Nagpur to get a relief.

          I ankit mittal resident of sonipat, sector 15, have purchased mitsubishi electric ac, model number mugk24va on 13th october 2021 (The copy of bill of which is attached below). From the very first day it was not giving required cooling even on 17 degree & i raised complaint against this malfunctioning of the product by calling the service provider in chandigarh but, no one is ready to solve this issue and above all they harassed me by using harsh language. On a daily basis new labour is coming i am really tired of all this.

          I got even more surprised when the people from the service team detected the gas leakage from the new product & still refused to replace it with another new one rather wanted to just fill in the gas which would be an unsatisfactory process for me as i have spent a huge amount on it & want a complete worth of it because i am dealing with a brand.

          I want you to either refund the whole amount spend by me or replace the given product with a new one.

          Requesting you to look into the matter & sort it out as soon as possible else, i will seek legal action against the company.

            Dear concern Singhal Agencies Vrindavan Providing very poor service Since AC installed not giving Colling blower is giving hot air..
            When I contact store they said we cannot resolve your issue..and also they talk in very bad language..it's not acceptable at all ...
            Kindly take appropriate action and resolve issue immediately...

              Mr Madhu owner, he sent his service people to my house, they fixed nothing, service engineers even know about it, in my ac some chip is burned, they told that they don't have that electronic chip, they sent and tried outside shop, they didn't get it, and they told there could be some other issue too we can't figure it out, they asked 1000₹ has advance, i told 500, then those engineers told issue is something big, without that chip they can't solve it, i felt unsatisfied with solution provided, so i told solve it and get the payment... When I called the owner, he shouted so rude, that we need to pay if they come itself, even if they don't resolve the issue... Very unprofessional behaviour, should learn manage the temper, very very short tempered person, did't even give time explain, started shouting.. i felt very scared and uncertain, i just said is this the way you talk to customers, no one will stay with you sir... Please 🙏 train or remove such unprofessional from work...

                Hi, I bought a Mitsubishi Electric 2 ton AC for domestic use and shelled out a lot of money for installation believing that the compressor needs to be set up on the terrace only ( as told by the salesperson), which resulted in higher installation cost and I came to know that there is no such policy later on, when I had to raise a complaint for my AC. The machine never worked properly and right from installation, we could not use it. Even to this date, I can’t sell it or use it as they keep on coming and telling me some spare is needed. And they do not procure spare parts on time. I have a useless machine, a faulty piece sold to me and I am fed up of all the mails and talking instead of getting use out of it. I should get damages for all the stress this whole exercise had caused me.

                    But das air conditioning Pvt Ltd shop worker is not fitting ac properly 1 night I star ac after I see in morning ac lock is brack I complain to das air conditioning Pvt Ltd his staff say ok I mail to company but 5 to 10 day not answer please to replacement to ac

                    This problem is create 2 time 1 gas leakage

                    My name Is Bipin Bhai Malaviya I am customer i buy ac from das air conditioning Pvt Ltd shop bapuNagar Ahmed .
                    I purchased ac the next day shop worker
                    Come fitting ac and after next day gas leakage problem by shop worker
                    And I call in shop ha worker come and feel it
                    2 week Shop work has not fitting properly ac 1 side lock prover and 2 side lock is. Lock and 1inch gape after and lock part was crack and. Fooling Down at night and i call to Ashwin bhai he is owner of das air conditioning shop
                    He say that this problem is not doing by my work he not understand and not answer to the customer we go his shop he don't come to front to the customer and I mail to Mitsubishi and company do conference call with me and Ashwin bhai and Ashwin bhai accept thai thi part was broken by my worker
                    And any coast of ac was paid by me thi all say in new year today is December working but not answer from Ashwin bhai

                    And customer is not use any service

                    Please do fast and injustice to customer

                      Order No -WS/EKM/20/06410/01/2020 dated--29/01/2020

                      I had placed order for supply, installation and commissioning, including supply of ducts and all accessories for following to be commissioned by Weather Solutions, Palarivattom, Kochi.

                      1. 4 TR Inverter Ceiling Concealed AC - 1 No
                      2. 1.5 TR Inverter Ceiling Concealed AC - 2 Nos.

                      The equipment was delivered at site on 16/07/2020 ahead of schedule by nearly 6 months. Due to Covid19 delays, the installation was further delayed till mid 2021.

                      Your local team opened boxes and kept the machine in position1year ago. It was noted that the Grill supplied was not the one specified in the ordered items but of some local make. A new grill was suppled, but there were dimensional differences. Another payment was made for a new corrected grill and an additional delay in commissioning. A total amount of Rs-4, 07, 492 was paid till now.

                      Your local team came to site for commissioning the Air Conditioners from 13th December 2021. I regret to inform that one of the 1.5 TR AC machines is not working at all. The 4 Tonner is not producing sufficient cooling even at 23 degrees even after working over 8 to 10 hours. The local service center men have been working on these machines for the last 5 days without success

                      I feel that you/your local agent has supplied underrated or faulty equipments. I never expected a premium international organization to do such a thing.

                      In the above circumstances I have no option other than request you to replace both these unit with a new one as per warranty condition within 7 days from this notice.

                        Irresponsible Sales Team

                        I wanted to buy a VRV unit for which I was guided to Mr. Sandeep Seth in Delhi. After speaking to him I sent him my house plan and he committed to revert with a solution within a day. I had been 24 days today and he has not reverted. Meanwhile I wrote him twice to remind him. But he is only asking fir more and more time.
                        It’s surprising that a company like Mitsubishi doesn’t have any proposable VRV solution or they have hired completely...

                        Sir,
                        I made a complaint on 10th Aug 2021 and on 11th a SMS received regarding escalation of service to their service provider AFS cooling solutions. But they were not turned up. I contacted Area Manager, Jaipal Reddy, couple of times to provide the service, but he did not sent anyone technician to address my problem. No one is responding properly and I have no alternative except to escalate my problem by registering complaint.
                        Hope you will respond soon.

                          Dear Team,

                          I bought a air conditioner of Mitsubishi Heavy Duty company on Apr'2019 with extended warranty of 4 year with sargam. My complaint was registered in Saragm Electonics, Preet Vihar, Delhi against complaint ID - 219272 against the WAC WRK18MA1-6 on[protected]. Your executive visited my house and very well did their job. But the problem is he charge Rs. 300 as service charges from my mother when I was not at home which are not acceptable at any cost. As sales man describe at the time of warranty any kind of charges are not chargeable against the extended warranty. There are two things which shows me (i) Either you are not given the proper salary to your employee (ii) Or your sales man makes false statement to your customers. In both conditions this is not acceptable. Because customer who already paid Rs. 5000 as extra warranty that are meaningless.

                              I bought ac from Rajkot's delar, just after 2 month we get problem in our ac, and i contact to customer support, they raise claim regarding that, and they sent technician from service center, after that they raise another claim for some plastic part, and they also sent that part, but its not fitted in my new model, so they request another part which is fit on my model, but I didn't get that part yet. its almost gone 5 months, but didn't get proper response from service provider and company.

                                Air leak with in 1 month after installation
                                Installation machanic is very back behaviour towards customer. And not check the leakage and after installation he mentioned in mail that customer is responsible for gas leakage thats mean their is some problem done by machanic. And not he says gas filling is chargeable. Very bad service mitsubishi electric.

                                  I have purchased ac 2 months back and 18 days before it got some INTERNAL problem I complained about it immediately but they just keep giving me dates and dates through 18 days. DO SOMETHING WITH THIS OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO FILE A CASE IN COSUMER COURT AGAINST IT.
