[Resolved] Mobikwik — false deduction of money | |||||
I have used mobikwik app to do my recharge but as i have enter my card details then the process is not done successfully and the amount is deducted from my debit card. And the recharge is not done and there is no detail about the recharge. And as i contacted to company's help on app message but didn't get satisfactory response, and the customer care no. Of the company is also not working. I have details about the money deducted by company in my account details. My i'd is blocked, when did& when did it happened, i do not no, the email id is : [protected]@gmail.Com could u please clear to do it good for me, I m not able any Irctc ticket recharge to any of them i have a shop dude try to understand the problem
