Mobikwik — No action on complaint/No refund

Know More >Dear Sir, For an office chair purchase from Mebelkart I had done transaction through Mobikwik/Zaakpay.The order number, Mebelkart was:[protected] dated 23/2/15.However due to computer technical problem there were TWO transactions for one order[protected], and the ref. numbers were: 1).23-Feb-2015 ZAAKPAY BCSB[protected] 23-Feb[protected] Catholic Syrian Bank. 2).23/02/15 ZP14BB5BD9374/ZAAKONEMOBIKWIKSYSTE[protected], 934.0 HDFC Bank Out of the above, the first one was utilized by Mobikwiki/Mebelkart, the second one from HDFC was not utilized(attached email from Mebelkart, they got money only once). Hence I request you to please refund the above unutilized amount(Rs6934/-) which was transacted from HDFC(23/02/15 ZP14BB5BD9374/ZAAKONEMOBIKWIKSYSTE[protected], 934.0 HDFC Bank)at the earliest.
