Dear sir/madam, I wanted withdraw from atm of indian overseas bank at pecharthal on 11/03/2019, but failed due to shutdown of power. I waited until power cameback but no result. Thenafter i took another withdrawal for same amount but my a/c debited twice. Inthis case i waited 15 days, but no refund yet.
