[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Refund

My mobiwik registered mobile number [protected].on 12midnight I have recharged on two airtel number with 1gb 3G rs.255.but it was successful.i have confirmed it with airtel they informed me that it was not successfull.i m continuously calling on mobiwik customer care but there is no response from them.the number is always busy.i have raised three tickets for my issue but there is no response.i kindly request mobiwik toh refund my rs.510/-.please refund it ASAP.

am A.teja, user of this mobiwiki i have recharged my number ([protected]) two times for rs 30 & 20 amount hasbeen deducting but rechrge is not coming
why u people are suffering us pls make this issue overcome very fast
have recharged rs 175 from my mobikwik wallet on dt[protected].30.16 aganist Idea Gujarat cell no [protected].rs 175 deducted from my mobikwik wallet reducing balance from from rs 175 to 175.the Order ID is[protected].the transaction was unsuccessful.till today they have not refunded rs 175.kindly initiate necessary steps for refund of rs 175 to my wallet. I added INR 2397 to my mobikwik wallet on 14 jan 2015 It was a successful transaction and also appear in the transaction history but amount not updated on the wallet
