[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Refund my deducted amount from my credit card against unsuccessful recharge

Respected customer care Officer/Manager Mobikwik Ltd. In continuation to my earlier e-mail dated[protected] and[protected] through e-mail : [protected]@mobikwik.com. I want to request once again for following problems. I am sorry to say that we could not get any response of my e-mail from your side. I was trying to recharge my MTNL Delhi mobile ([protected]) with yearly data plan of 5, 000/- on 24 September, 2014 at 10.07 a.m.(Approx.) by your site www.mobikwik.com. Due to some electronic problem or some other problem a message was presented on my screen "unable to process". My data card was not recharged successfully. In same time we get message from Citibank "Rs.5, 000/- was spent on your credit card 5546xxxxxxxxxxx4778 on 24-SEP at www.mobikwik.com." Transaction details: Mobile No. [protected] (MTNL Delhi Prepaid) Date:[protected] Time : 10.07 a.m. My E-mail ID : sushil.[protected]@gmail.com Transaction Amount : 5000/- Credit card No. : 5546XXXXXXXX4778 (Citibank) I was expecting from your side that your firm is reputed firm and will return my amount within 10-15 days as like IRCTC or other company. After more than 40 days your company had not return my amount. I appreciate IRCTC every unsuccessful transaction they returned amount to my account without any complain. You are requested to observed this case and reversed back amount to my credit card no. 5546 xxxx xxxx xxxx 4778 in respect of consumer faith. I am awaiting for your quick response from your side.
