Sir, I paid rs. 24574 for my icici prulife insurance policy premium through mobikwik. My ICICI prudential life insurance policy no : 16714055 Premium amount : 24574 Transaction ID : [protected] Transaction date : 03/07/2014 Transaction Time :03.47 pm. But the due date for the online payment is past because of that operator had refused payment. So you please refund my previous amount (24574 /-) in my mobikwik wallet. Then I add the required amount for the policy. And then I pay second time of my policy premium. So I therefore request you to help me immediately.
