Mobikwik — transaction failed and money got deducted but refund not done even after a month

This is regarding my order towards grofers where i paid 1505/- through mobikwik.
Transaction failed and order could not be placed but mobikwik deducted my money and did not refund it even after more than a month.
I have repeatedly raised a ticket but of no use.
I need my money back. Mobikwik has not shared any customer number on app where i can connect with them.

Please help.
