Mobikwik — Tried booking a hotel room via mobikwik, but room was not booked and mobikwik took my money | |||||
Greetings. I tried booking a hotel room from oyo via mobikwick wallet. The room was not booked but i got a prompt from mobiwick that money has been deducted from my wallet. I contacted them via help section immediately. After 5 days i got a reply and they said the money has been paid to oyo (Which is absolute false claim by mobikwick). Then i asked mobikwick for the exact account no of oyo rooms where the money was transferred so that i can raise a ticket with them. Since that day mobikwick is not even bothered to reply to my requests. This happened on may 25th 2015, i keep on sending them request, but mobikwick is not helping me. Worst part is that don't have a customer care number. The only way which is left for communication is via app. And as unprofessional beings, mobikwick doesn't reply. The amount which was deducted is rs. 1695 Ticket no given by mobikwik is 6435402. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Transaction at irctc failed on 13 may 2017. My no [protected], Amount debited 811.46. Inspite of contacting Customer care unable to contact. Worst app. Refund my money

Dear sir/ma'am, I've today on 10.05.17 made a payment of Rs. 290 towards bill payment of BSES Raj Shani electric Bill which has not yet been paid to the beneficiary. Please pay my electric bill of Rs.290 in BSES Rajdhani immediately as due date is 12.5.17. plz don't keep d amount in my wallet having phone number [protected]. Thank you.

My mobile number has blocked so i was continuing with same num as user id for more than a year but now by default changed my phone it asking n sent otp to concern number but i hve mail id to this linked. In my mobikwik id i hve 300 rs amount.
