[Resolved] Alpha Radios, Noida — Online/e-Commerce Fraud | |||
I purchased a VOX A2000 android mobile from www.naaptol.com in Nov. 2011 (Order No. 2895213). It stopped working in April 2012. It took me around three months to catch hold of their vendor oAlpha Radios' CRM Ankit Insha. Mean while naaptol people kept me engaged with useless exercises. They gave me Customer Care Nos [protected], 4248888, 4553015, 4553014, 4573232, 4553010. None of them worked. Mr. Ankit then asked me to send the faulty product to their warehouse at Naaptol Service ware Houses, Khasra no.386, Gali no.2, A Block, Mahipalpur Ext., New delhi-110037. I sent that product through DTDC CN No. Z63610955 on 23 July 2012 and they received it in order. Then they kept apologizing for the delays through email. And then they took their time to send its replacement "a third class cheap VOX9500 NON-ANDROID phone" which I immediately objected to. Again Mr. Ankit suggested me to sent the replacement back which I did through FirstFlight courier AWB # W46603635 on 27Nov.2013. Mr. Ankit again apologized for the inconvenience and reveled that my product cannot be repaired so he assured me that I will get my money back within 21 days from Nov. 2013. And now they have stopped taking my emails or call on Mr. Ankit's mobile. Their customer care Nos. are not existing ones. Please help me in getting my refund back along with interest on that money and some compensation for the harassment caused for around an year. In addition these people should also get some lesson so that they don't cheat anyone else. I am enclosing the text of some of the emails in support of my case. Thanking you in anticipation. alpha radios — given a damaged handset and again taken back for replacement
i placed a order of sony ericsson w910i at dealsandyou.com on 17/03/12 on payment mode of cod.my order id is 464571.after that one executive call me for confirmation then he told i will get a new sealed pack phone with all of the accesseries.then i confirmed the order.my payable amount is 4249.today(27/03/12) i got the product and give the money to the courier boy.when i came home and opened the box i saw it is an unsealed product and also a damage one.there are scratches in the keypad,the cap for the memory card is not there and there is no walkman logo in the backside and the sound is of very low quality not like w910i which i have already used.then icall to the vendor they didnot pick up my phone for 1 extendhour then i called to customer support of dealsandyou.com they also told to send it to the vendor i asked who will take the risk for the phone that the vendor will send it back to me?they said nothing............today i send the phone to the vendors address by DTDC my docket no is V08011159.the vendor will receive it by tomorrow.now i want a seal pack and original sony ericsson w910i as soon as possible otherwise i have to go any other extend......because i send the phone to vendor but i don't have any document about this......please help me to get the original phone as promised by dealsandyou.plz contact the vendor and let me know wat will be done with my product as soon as possible...........my mob no is [protected]...........................plz take the responsibility i will be very greatful to you.........................BISWAJIT PAUL(Bangalore)
