I purchased a VOX A2000 android mobile from www.naaptol.com in Nov. 2011 (Order No. 2895213). It stopped working in April 2012. It took me around three months to catch hold of their vendor oAlpha Radios' CRM Ankit Insha. Mean while naaptol people kept me engaged with useless exercises.
