[Resolved] Poorvika Mobile — Very poor customer service | |
Bought a karbonn multiplex mobile in poorvika. It was wroking fine only for 2 months. Had a problem with sim slot. Took it for service to pmw cares in t. Nagar. Such a bad customer service there and when i called, they dint respond properly, got my mobile after a month. Within the next 2 months the touch has gone. It's been a month and i dint get any response from them. When i call they are not responding properly. Was this information helpful? | |

A good experience at poorvika mobile store when i went last month at the same address which you've written. The salesperson was very patience with all my queries and was really helpful. A decent place to go and buy your phones :)
