Till today 4 months is going to be completed but your company has not supplied any standby handset to me .What type of poor quality service ur company is providing to the customer ,It clearly reflect that that main ambition o[censored]r company is to harsh the customers .

My suggestion for ur company is not to give such type of Poor Quality & irresponsible of service to the customer in future which I have been continuing since last 4 months .

As I have already mention in earlier mail on dt. 01.06.2013 that I have spent Rs. 4000.00 to my advocate for his case conducting fee & Rs. 1000.00 for court expenditure . When I was requesting to ur company for replacement of my Handset at that time your Service representative Mr. Varun Singh denied to give me the new Hand set & told me do as you like . Now Question is who will pay my money of Rs.5000.00 which I have already spent . I am agree to compromise in this circumstance when you will pay cost of mobile Rs.9600.00 along with advocate fee & court charges of Rs. 5000.00 .If you are not agree with my proposal then keep your goodwill gesture with you .

I have received a call from your Service Center - Bhubaneswar that they informed me on dt. 30.05.2013 to take a new Handset or the Total cost of the mobile which has deposited in ur service center till today .

When I requested him to replace my Handset but at that time they denied to replace . Now I am unable to agree with their proposal because I have already paid Rs. 4000.00 to my advocate for his case conducting fee .Till I have lost my valuable time as well as received mental torture, pain & agony to prepare my case . In this stage if you will give me only the cost of my mobile then who will pay my advocate expenditure & court expenditure .

If you will agree to pay the cost of my mobile along with advocate fee of Rs. 4000.00 & court expenditure Rs. 1000.00 .I may compromise with you otherwise I will wait till judgement of the court . At that time You will paid extra 12 % interest from the date of my filling till disposal of the case .

This is for your information & further necessary action .

Please go through the attached Advocate Notice but there was no answer from ur company . Now the case has been filed video case no
CC-117/2013 . As you are in Higher position you must know in a Screen touch cell phone if we remove the battery , Digital LCD(screen) & mother board , then remaining items will be cabinet as per my opinion . Now ur customer support team is ready to replace the LCD,battery & mother board but not ready to replace the complete set . If Such type of Service will provide the Samsung Company ,so no doubt the day will come nobody will be interested to Purchase the Samsung Hand set & other products also . So I am requesting you kindly look such service which ur company is providing .I am also using ur Window A/c & Front Loading Washing Machine (550BOB )

The main problem of Defective hand set was ,The call was automatically disconnected within 20 sec to 50 sec , So It was creating a irritation to me & caller also .

I would like to bring your kind notice that as per your request, I am not agree with your proposal for change of mother board instead of supply a new one handset. That you are aware of the mother board is the brain of a mobile.That my handset become out of order within a month, So what is the guaranty the cell phone will with stand for two to three years ? Earlier I have given a complained for the replacement of the battery. As per your warranty policy the replacement of battery is six month, So why you become reluctant to replace the battery ? I have already given complained the battery backup is for one hour only. So it is not possible to carry out the charger in my pocket everywhere for charging.

I have finally decided that I will not receive the repaired mobile at any terms and condition. If you will not replace my mobile set & supply me a new set within a stipulated period than I will take legal action as per law & I will flash in the newspapers for the negligence of your service.

This is to inform you that I Sri Sudhir Mahapatra, had purchased a new mobile Samsung set vide No.-S5830I from Spice Retail Ltd. (Gujurat )on dated-. 15.01.2013 . From the beginning I am facing a lot of difficulties during call time. When I make a call, it automatically disconnected after 15 second to one minute & battery backup is too low .The battery get fully discharge within one and half an hrs . Due to frequent call disconnect my senior became irritate . So yesterday I had gone to service center at Bhubaneswar, Saheed Nagar ( SPRIMON Technologies) . Mr. Rakesh has received my cell phone & make the phone format and thereafter handed over my phone to me . At night When I plug the phone for charging , it doesn't charge . So again I had gone to service centre today morning & told all complaint to Mr. Rakesh . He received my phone & prepared work order No.- 26896. Yesterday I told him to keep my phone for repair & give me a stand by Phone and he agreed to give . But today Mr. Rakesh & his Service Manager refused not to give me a stand by phone . He told me that they have only ten mobile phones, so they did not supply me any hand set for my personal use . I will not take the phone after repair. Though my mobile is new one and is under warranty period so I don’t want to receive the above repaired hand set service person has miss utilized my set. If you will not supply me a new one hand set within a stipulated period then I will take legal action against your Company in the Court of law.
