[Resolved] Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — Urgent: Many problems with new samsung s4 mobile | |||
Respected Sir/Mam, I, Robin Wadhwa wants to complaint against the company "Samsung" for not providing me the services and support for replacing my mobile phone model name "Samsung S4", IMEI no. "357196/05/387541/0" and bill invoice no. "18294", which I purchased on 19-June-2013 from "Juneja Telecoms", Nabha and is under warranty. With the help of the retailer "Juneja Telecoms", I sent this brand new mobile phone to the samsung service center immediate after the 1st day of purchase. They repaired it and sent it back to the retailer but the problem was still the same. Now it has been 4 times, I sent this mobile to the Samsung service center, but neither they are repairing it nor they are replacing it with another new mobile phone device. I am attaching the invoice copy image of the purchase with this complaint. This whole process wasted my many days and harassed me monetarily and mentally and only "Samsung" company is responsible for this. Now my demand is that I want my fully paid money back (i.e. Rs. 39,500) from the company "Samsung" and want company "Samsung" to pay me the penalty on their worst services in terms of money extra to the paid money for mobile device (i.e. Rs. 39,500).
