I had purchased Samsung Grand Quattro on June 2, 2013 invoice no. GIP/13-14/883 from Samsung Smart Phone café (shivalik Infotech Pvt Ltd, 245, 2nd floor, GIP Noida) after one week from the date of purchased problem start coming into the phone when I contact the Samsung service station it was told to me there are many problems in the phone .When I go back to the shop from where I had purchased the phone, Manager in charge of the shop misbehaved with me used abusing words. it was told to me the phone would not be change you have to get repaired on your own Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi this is suganesh i bought samsumg (c-3212i) before three month. now i had face such worst problem in this mobile.If i make a call to certain mobile no but it will redirects to another mobile no which recentlly i got missed call mobile no and also call log does not shown perfect count it shows dynamic count . i felt bad and they did such a worst software coding.I regret for this.

Samsung Mobiles — Bad quality of mobiles
I had bought two Samsung mobiles last month on strong recommendation by a dealer. However, both the phone are causing problem now, particularly sound related problems. Moreover, one phone cannot be charged also.I wish I knew that the quality of samsung mobiles is so bad. This is only for your feedback because all that you can tell me is to go to your service centre.Going to service centre to deposit the phone and then going back to collect them is not an easy process. I would rather throw the phones and buy two simple nokia phones which never gave me trouble even after 3 years o[censored]sage,
Why do you get into a business where you cause so much of harassment to your customers.
