[Resolved] Sony Ericsson Authorized Dealer Standard Electronics In Sector 22 B Chandigarh. — Complaint against authorized dealer STANDARD ELECTRONICS IN SECTOR 22 B CHANDIGARH | |||
I Bought a sony ericsson xperia phone with IMEI No[protected] in april 2012. In October 2012 i had a a problem in network reception and earphones. i gave it for repair to STANDARD ELECTRONICS IN SECTOR 22 B CHANDIGARH. After i gave the phone earlier they said that will deliver i in an hour but it took them 3 days after that and they charged me 1250 rs for the same. within a month the problem reappeared in form of a disturbance and i got married and shifted to Delhi. when in January 2013 i went to them they said they dont provide any warranty for the replaced parts. they again charged me rs 800 this time and guaranteed that their wont be a problem anymore. however within a day the problem has reappeared. and when i called them to complaint the person misbehaved with me and kept on passing sarcastic comments. instead of beibg apologetic he started lecturing me and abusing me. swati sharma contact no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
