Sir, due to harrased by the Service Centre of Sony, I had given a complain on 24.11.12. But till now I am not get any reply 4m the complany. Now I came to know that the service centre mentioned in the online that my handset was repaired and disposed off on 22.11.12. But actually the Service Centre had neither repair nor returned me till now. For which I several times I contact with the customer care, and assured me to wait. I also requested to reply the status report to me in the mobile No. [protected] or my Email I.D. [protected]@yahoo.com. But i have not got any communication from the customer. I purchased the handset on 18.02.2012, but the as per the job seet it is mentioned that set was purchased on 18.02.2011 & now it has no warenty.
I therefore request you to please look into the matter personally and give the service as per the norm of the company, other-wise I am bound to knok the door the Court as per the law.
