[Resolved]  Airtel 2G Prepaid GSM — Airtel Internet Fraud

Dear Sir,
I own an airtel prepaid 2g gsm sim card. I was having terribly slow 2g internet speeds(3-4 kbps) and connection failures while connecting to the internet for a whole year. On 13 April 2013, I had a phone call from airtel saying that if I want to increase my net speeds to 60-70 kbps then I must purchase the Rs. 98 data plan with 650mb free internet for 21 days. they said this is a special offer for those consumers who are having slow speeds and that they will increase my speed to 60-70 kbps if I purchase this offer. I did purchase it and they promised me that they will increase my browsing speeds. However, although I received 650mb data for 21 days, my browsing speeds did not increase nor did the connection failures stop. They still give me only 3-4 kbps speed. I demand to airtel that my internet speeds be immediately increased to 60-70 kbps or else my full money (Rs. 98) refunded within the next 48 hours. I will not wait for more than 48 hours and I will throw my sim card and move to vodafone for ever, if they don't increase my net speed or refund the money. My connection failure problem also must be solved within these 48 hours without fail. If my problems are not solved by the morning of 17 April 2013, I will start protest against this fraud company and post complains on all consumer forums.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — WITHOUT DEMAND AND WITHOUT INFORMATION EATED MONEY FROM PREPAID CONNECTION

I have prepaid connection of airtel thats No [protected]. I recevied one SMS from [protected]. [your subsscription to the On demand Service has been renewed(30Rs. 30 Days, 30 Min Free) Call 543213 (toll-free) to enjoy your favorite Songs in 17 languages].This SMS I recevied on 10/07/2008 08:01 AM and cuted chares of Rs.30/- from My prepaid Mobile.
But Sir, I have not activated Mobile Radia and I no call to your custome care for talking this typ of service then why you active Mobile Radio in My mobile without infomed me?
I have no requerment any other services of your mobile company and I am not Inrested this typ of services. So why you charging per month Rs.30.00 without infomed me?
I request to custome care of airtel please refund My Rs.30/- in my prepaid mobile as soon as and closed this typ service who start by you without apply and without infomed me.

BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONCE AND ANY SATISFICATION FROM AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE. AIRTEL MOBILE COMPANY EATTING A LOT OF MONEY FROM CUSTOMER. PLEASE HELP US.

Airtel Prepaid Card — Froad airtel

I know that airtel is the biggest company in india but it is very froad company in india i'm the one of them to feed them free money. From 2 months when i recharge my card then 10rs are deduced from my account i asked custmer executive about that bt they said u activate this&that service and chet me . So i'm telling u that Airtel is the bigest froad company so don't buy airtel sim cards let them go to hell

airtel prepaid offers — scam offers

airtel is the worst service provider on earth. they recently launched an offer saying tht - u get 200 minutes talktime on easy recharge of rs 100/-. rs 125min talktime(tt) wil b given immediately and the remaining tt wil be credited within 48 hours.but i havent received the 75 min tt even though its been a week. and when i checked wid the "customer care executives", they telme tht u ver never entitled to such an offer,although i checked several times with the customer care executives before recharging.i think smething should be done against this unethical,expansin greedy company.

Airtel Prepaid Card — internet problem

I could not acess internet on my laptop from last 10-15 days. When i open any website the error occured"Page can not be displayed" but no one customer care executive resolve my problem.so please look at the problem
