[Resolved]  Airtel (Bharti Telecom) Private Limited — Online Recharge Issue

This company is fraud , they people cheated there customers . they said " Make payment online easily " , but they are making fool o[censored]s .
My Love had made an online recharge last night but Recharge has not been succeed , instead of it a heavy amount has been deducted from her account .
So, please stop trusting this fraud company ..

Airtel - Bharti Telecom — Horrible Connectivity

I empathize with Airtel that there was a fire in their office. But how can they explain, SMSes being received 2.5 hrs. after they were sent, charges being levied for in-coming calls or for calls not connected to the other side & most of all broken connectivity. Even today, call connectivity is either deficient or dead.

How does Airtel intend to compensate its subscribers for lost connectivity, loss of business, having to pay PCOs & the like, the inconvenience & the IRRITATION of carrying an instrument that does not have its lifeline??

Please revert.

Sir, Previously I am using China mobile set. After received message from Airtel customer care I bought one New Samsung dual sim mobile hand set No C5212 before 15 days. even after changing the hand set I am getting the same message from the customer carecare. while contactede them they are not ready to hear & solve the problem. My hand set shows IMEI no.[protected]/5 for sim1 &[protected]/3 for sim 2 ie for airtel sim. kindly verify & doi the needful at the earliest

I have registered for the airtel online services to check the postpaid details. but its not getting login since from the day i registered, from a month , mob no is [protected], the same is being faced by most of the post paid customer .

Just now (27.07.2011 at 8.27 P.M i have recharge my airtel mobile Rs.50 but that amount not credit my Moblie but debited my account.so kindly help me.So many time i face this same problem.If any problem to on line recharge.
