Airtel - Bharti Telecom — Horrible Connectivity
I empathize with Airtel that there was a fire in their office. But how can they explain, SMSes being received 2.5 hrs. after they were sent, charges being levied for in-coming calls or for calls not connected to the other side & most of all broken connectivity. Even today, call connectivity is either deficient or dead.How does Airtel intend to compensate its subscribers for lost connectivity, loss of business, having to pay PCOs & the like, the inconvenience & the IRRITATION of carrying an instrument that does not have its lifeline??

my customer service no is turned off more than two days no contact to the customer care i need urgent help on nop topic Sir, Previously I am using China mobile set. After received message from Airtel customer care I bought one New Samsung dual sim mobile hand set No C5212 before 15 days. even after changing the hand set I am getting the same message from the customer carecare. while contactede them they are not ready to hear & solve the problem. My hand set shows IMEI no.[protected]/5 for sim1 &[protected]/3 for sim 2 ie for airtel sim. kindly verify & doi the needful at the earliest
