Sir, the guarntee period from 26/12/2009 to 26/12/2010. there is problem in my mobile last 1 month i have to go so many times at delears and sumsung service centre. but they cant give proper reply. they want reparing charges. I have to saw my bill. Please help me about this metters.

I purchase samsung mobile s8003 on 2 jun 2010 after some days the handset have problem it is automatic switch off and it hang very much for this i go to service centre at indore in yashwant plaza and tell my problem the technician says software problem and they submit my handset for update software after 2 days they gave my mobile in between 6 days same problem occurs again i go to service centre they said same problem they update it but my problem not solve after some days my handset get totally off again i check it out technician say that mother board problem for it they submit my handset for 10 days after changing it my handset problem can"t solve again my handset is in sevice centre from 15 days but they can not provide me any solution so i request to help me and get in touch with me as soon as possible.

Samsung /Mobile — Service
To, Concern personI have Samsung Corby pro B5310 with following IDs.

S/N : RUEZ187687Z
Now i want to know you that, I recommend samsung because of the name itself, quality and wel known service and also brand ambessador. But since last 3 months i have certain problems in my instrument and the service and assistance providing by the service center here is very poor and below level.
In brief, my instrument having problem in its key pad and all outlay keys since last three months, so due to this problem i can not recieve the call but i can do the calls. I took my phone toservice center and they will take atound 3 days to solve the problem and assure me it will not happen again. Once again the same problem is raised and i took my phone to service center and the same sequence is done there. After 1 weak this happens once again and i will took my phone to cervice center and they revert back me with some problem occures in circuit so it need to change and it will take around 4 days because we need tobring it from noida, delhi. But it is very difficult for me to servive without phone in my proffession.
So, if this problem is due to the circuit then why it was not preffered to change at first complaint? In this time of fast cargo and currier services, it will really take this much long time or samsung has no adequate system to ressolve the problem. I dont think this is a matter of availability of parts in india because it is one of the most running instrument. I also register my complaint in consumer court.
The reply from who attending the cervice center is no where corelate and the service engineers are also unefficient and eventualli it put bad effect on the name of Samsung.
I hope you will responding quickly and without any bias.

Samsung — not servicing my mobile
I had purchased a samsung mobile phone about 6 months ago. About 3 weeks ago it stopped functioning. I sent it to the service centre at Secunderabad. They took about 3 days to find out the problem and said that the mother board has to be changed and demanded Rs.3500/-. When I said that it is within the warranty period, they said it would take about 2 to 3 days to obtain the mother board. Almost 2 weeks have passed, till date they have not replaced the motherboard. I am totally shocked with the after sales support of the company. I am having samsung TV and WASHING MACHINE and the after sales support team was very prompt and good in their services. But now i have second thoughts and I will never recommend samsung products to any of my friends and relatives. My mobile no. is [protected]. Samsung B-7610 — Non Repair of Mobile by Samsung
I have purchased Samsung B-7610 mobile on[protected], the product developed touch screen problem and call drops for this we have submitted the same to Technocare Noida, even after one month the same is not repaired and returned to us on[protected] without rectifying. Since the product was under gurantee at the time of submission. Should we go for legal resource as provided under law. i purchase samsung mobile 16-02-11 from Ganpati Mobile, Lucknow but when i have switch on the phone i found more internal spot on the screen after 20 minute i had gone to returne the phone but shopkeeper missbehave with me.

I bought this mobile set Samsung M369 in february, 2011 and within 3 months it had a mike problem. I submitted my mobile at samsung service centre, Marathalli on 16th May , 2011 and was supposed to get it back within 2-4 days. It is 26th of May, 2011 today and I do not have mobile back yet. I made a complaint on Samsung India no. but I have not received any response still. The technical department which was supposed to call me within 10 minutes did not even bother to call. I am without a mobile phone since the last 10 days. This is the 1st time, I am a samsung customer, and I am already repenting it. I wonder how can a company like samsung treat its customer like this.

My Samsung phone GTC 3312 is in warranty period. It is having problem during incoming calls. I purchased a galaxy note 3 sm-n900 on 14 Feb 14. My phone automatically switch off and on 4-5 times daily since I purchased the phone and battery drains very quickly and multi window not working properly. What is the problem and give solution.
