[Resolved] Vodafone And Airtel Mobile — Unnecessary portability of mobile prepaid card from vodafone to airtel | |||
I am using one vodafone mobile prepaid card for last 8 years. Suddenly few days back i recd message from airtel that my number is being ported to them and they are working on that. But i have not made any request to airtel for porting of my number. I was contacted vodafone service office, they said to ignore the message. After few days i recd message from vodafone that my porting request was confirmed and my mobile number shifted to airtel, since then my mobile number was stopped. I again contacted vodafone service centre for this, but they refused to attend me and told me to contact airtel service centre. I contacted them in the morning and i was shocked. This porting request is made by some another person who is unknown to me and on his request the number was ported by airtel. How can a company do that and now what can i do in this case???
