[Resolved] Vodafone Mobile Internet — Unwanted charge the bill of internet | |||
I contact Vodafone customer care via phone calll as well as mail(Sunil Wadhwa Customer care executive) but they won't respond satisfactory answer and try to extend this matter for a long period and not trying to get resolved Vodafone has charged me the wrong internet bill of Rs 1800 even when I already activate the internet plan on my number. When I complaint to the customer care then they told me we are activated the promotional offer on your number and not charged the monthly rental of internet on your bill but how they can activate the promotional offer on my number and simultaneously charged the monthly rental of internet from the day one on which I activated the internet plan. I have no activated any vodafone internet pack then also i charged more than 500 rs on current bill, when i called customer care they said it is automatically activated the internet...but i m using company airtel sim where i am getting enough internet data...so why should i activate vodafone internet pack

Vodafone — mobile internet
I often use mobile internet of vodafone.Mostly use daily plans(browsing data 40 MB for 4 Rs for one day). I am not able to found how much data is remaining on my account and there is no such option also in vodafone( Ofcourse we will get information after 24hrs through sms only). Many times my balance become negitive due to unknown ammount of data in my account.In airtel it will not work if it reaches the balance zero and we can know the remaining ammount of data at any time.Many times i feel it as a harashment and i would like to give complaint to consumer forum.
