Vodafone mobile — Conversion from Post-Paid to Pre-Paid

Hi,



I am using the vodafone number ([protected]) for the last three and half years. First it was a pre-paid connection. Vodafone(hutch) customer executives starts to call me regularly for converting to Post-paid connection. Atlast they agreed to give me the same number as post paid.



Now i want to convert back to pre-paid. I visited vodafone store and also called to 111. But the answer was "No". The conversion of Post-paid to Pe-paid is not available for vodafone. They adviced me to go for other connection. So i decided to take new connection from your competitor. Now More and More GSM connections are available in Karnataka Circle.


I want to know the reason for saying "No" by world’s leading international mobile communications company.

Vodafone — Post Paid to Prepaid

This is MahipalReddy, From than 4 yrs I am using vodafone serice with as prepaid customer. Five months back i converted my account to Post paid. Now again i want/need to convert to prepaid. When i was converting to postpaid i got confirmation from tele caller, said that u can covert back to preapid at anytime.
Now, I called to vodafone care, they are saying that, we dont have that facility.
Please tell me, how do i proceed.

Vodafone Prepaid — conversion from prepaid to post paid

I am holder of prepaid card of vodaphone having no. [protected]. I visited vodaphone gallery at prabhadevi, mumbai on 8th october 2010 and completed formalitites to convert my connection from prepaid to post paid. i was assured that the same would be done within 48 hrs. now this is almost 8 days but no action has been taken. there were several idetification calls from the company.
i feel harassed and i want to surrender the no. immediately and company should repay the amount paid by me.
the customer care no is most careless as i never got throrugh the instrucctions and could not talk to their executive in spite of several attempts.
pl help me resolve my complaint.

This is to inform you that i have change my plan before few days prepaid to postpaid.Customer care executive come my home regarding verification address but he is nit found my home and he/she declare my address is not proper and my Sim card blocked due to this.But i want to know that i have already use this Sim card last five year and my address is also same last five and i have already submit the same whenever i bought this card and i also want inform that my all banking and all kind of communication doing on the same address.
I also inform you that since last 8 years we used vodafone postpaid card with same address and communication with vodafone on same address however how can you declare my address is incomplete.
This is general remainder to you my card is blocked last two days i want active my card on urgent basis.
