Monginis Cake — Cash memo refused

I have had extremely bad experience at monginis baner road store. Even after asking three times, the store did not give proper cash memo. They gave "order memo". They did not even put the date on it. When i complained, the shopkeeper said "do whatever you want" and "i am sparing you just because you are a woman." they are supposed to give proper cash memo. I have all documentary evidence and record of phone call. The cakes itself are of sub-standard quality. It is not sponge cake. It is completely dry cake layered with "cream" but the "cream" is horrible. They avoid putting date because cakes are not fresh.
