#Monster India is a fake company all the employees of the company are fraud.This is the worst company and worst service that I ever had.Their employees name;

Vikas Konda, Archrna, Naveen, Saritha, Jhansi all do not resolve the problem infact they will give you new & new excuses and put blame on you.
So dont put your #resume on their website and dont take any service from them either you are job seeker or a Company.

I purchased package from them for recruitment of the candidates but after taking my money they are not receiving my call.Totally #scam company.

Very poor, bad, worst service. They are totally fake.Dont take any service from them.

They all are #scammer and even dont know how to talk with customers.

Do not deal with them.

Monster"s Executive came down to us and promised us that they will provide us a service of one year for unlimited data searches . But now as we have taken the package they are saying we cant access more than 250 data a year . So, before we took the subscription they told us that its unlimited data, now they are saying we cannot access more than 250 data . We are calling them N number of times and they are saying that the plans have changed now and they cannot provide more than 250 data . So they cheated us by saying all those bull. Now we want consumer forum to take action against them and please Enable the service we deserve .

Team... I run a recruitment company in chennai for the last 4 years... In jan 2016 i signed up for monster to source candidates...In monster my pack had limited resume view and unlimited contact number view. My contract is for 1 year. On april 14th 2016, all of a sudden without warning/information even viewing contact numbers came in to limited view bracket.

How was this done without informing us in advance and also during the contract period. This is crap.

I have registered on monster seeking a job and what i got in return is that fake job calls. They are asking me money for scheduling an interview. I think they are selling their database to some third party. Believe me i looking for a job change from last two years by registering in some other sites it never happened this way. Now i am a victim who paid money to some fraud and its a no show

I have receive mail on 1st aug 2015 from info.[protected]@mail.com for job confirmation in HDFC bank for the post of accountant and salary was 25k pm. and for that security deposit Rs.5000 paid with cash or net banking as immediately i have paid Rs.5000 with cash payment after that i receive another mail for bond confirmation and the sign amount RS.18000 which is refund after joining first day i say them to i have not money to payment then they told me to cancle the process i accept this process but when i asked them to my security deposit Rs.5000 they switch off there all number which location on uttar pradesh mob. no. these promise all untill take money.After that they will tell you are taken xyz service and need to pay further. No use of esclation too. Even stupid Customer relation and CEOs are never responding. For making such money, better they do XXXXXX.

New Problem: Now there is a new situation/issue, I have been dealing with the Resume writers (Writeitrite) and I requested for a new / different format regarding which I called them on their phone (+[protected] several times and everytime I get a response from "Priya" that I will get the new Draft by end of the day or I will get a callback but that never happened and sometimes I also got a response that the concerned person is travelling and will arrange a callback even that never happened. Since there is no proper response I mailed them on 03 April 2015 (Friday) but even for that there is no response or even a courtesy call to let me know that they have received my mail and that they are working on it. Nothing is professional here. After sending the mail as mentioned above, I have been calling "writeitright" again almost everyday and I get the same response, End of today. So it looks like I have to face problems and go thru hell, with every single department or rather every single person that I deal with inside Monster.com Now I'm sick and tired of dealing with this anymore with Monster, please cancel all the services and process refund before I could step-up with Consumer Forum. As I feel that a customer does not need to go thru all this even after paying for the services. But I did and still no use. And at one point of time I was worried that the Resume Writers did not call to get the requirements from me and nothing happened and I started calling with regards to that. Even for that it was the same response the concerned person who CLOSED THE SALE WILL CALL AND CLEAR THE DOUBTS THAT YOU HAVE (but nobody ever calls me after that at all) this cycle repeats everytime for every single query. Mostly it was Ashwani who picks up the call and promises the same but nothing happens. Let me give a live incident as an example (This is just one example) Called[protected] and spoke to Shekar on 28feb15 around 1.30pm who promised a callback from Arindham (as usual) by 2.15pm nothing happened as usual as expected. So later I called again around 3.40pm to check, but call landed to Ashwani Kumar and since I was really concerned I started demanding for explanations but I guess his character is to be very defensive so he started to be very rude, defensive, arrogant, adament and unprofessional in all ways possible and wanted me to only call his personal mobile number or mail him and he does not want me to mail the general jobseeker mail ID or does not want me to call the general contact number of Monster at all. I'm not sure why he discourages all this and not sure what he is trying to achieve / cover-up with all these acts. This is the only thing in my mind now and nothing else concerns me anymore. He also started criticizing me for what I did and for what I didnt - I paid and sent my profile via SAQ mail and I followed up a couple of times, but he was very particular about why I call general Monster care number and fumes that its a busy line engaged to make more sales / incentives and not bothered about after sale service. Also very particular about WHY DIDNT I MAIL THEM PERSONALLY AND WHY DIDNT I CALL ARINDHAM OR ASHWANI'S NUMBER and he puts it across as if its my job and its my mistake that I didnt call him. Well, why should I ? even after everything from my part is done? All I wanted was to know what happened to the call that I was promised from the Resume Writers. But I didnt think it would turn out to be such a nightmare as people in Monster Customer care would make it so very difficult for a single query to end up like this. It looks like everything is a lie and built with false-promises with a lorry-load of attitude with the Customer care guys particularly (Ashwani Kumar) and specially after the payment or closing the sale. Nobody is bothered about anything at all what-so-ever at Monster. Please organize yourselves and try to provide atleast 50% value against what the customers have paid for. (Im not demanding here, Im just requesting) Or at least dont treat them like after the sale is done. And I seriously encourage the authorities to listen to the call I had with Ashwani Kumar on 28feb15 (Saturday) and check how PROFESSIONAL HE IS ON CALLS. Requesting the concerned authority to intervene and initate necessary actions. Check below, I tried calling the below number at around 11.30am on 24Feb2015 (Tuesday) and 4.20pm on 28Feb2015 (Saturday) just rings nobody picks-up. I have availed the Monster seeker service about 3 months ago, in hope of getting better job offers from good companies. However, after I made the payment, non of the representatives of the company is responding to my mails. Before I made the payment, I used to get calls daily from the representative, compelling me to avail the offer as it is better than other job providers, but, after the payment nothing happened till date.

Just last week, i finally signed up for a small package (1 week database access) and made the payment online and they have confirmed the realisation of the same.The guy who convinced me to sign up stating he will take care of everything is not even attending my calls and replying to my emails.My account is not activated yet.

Hi Team, I am G pradeep one of your biggest victims, I got a call from Ashwin your employee, stating that if I pay RS 3, 850 I would get life time free services and n number of times I would get my resume updated and daily he used to call me for subscription o[censored]r freaking services and finally with his fake promises he got convinced me and made me to subscribe for your services, since then onwards I didn't got any sort of benefits from your end, and Now when I wanted to updated my resume again, I came to know that I won't be able to update my profile through you and also came to know that the resume writing will be of only one time and max to max you people will send my profile to different consultancies for six months, If I would know this thing earlier I wouldn't have subscriped .If you want you can trace out the calls which I got from your end, So here I would like to ask you people would I be getting any sort of revert which in my favour and I also want to the meaning of life time free services which your employer ashwin used.

Without giving us proper information, their sales representative come many time to office to collect the payment, then I signed the contract without properly read their terms & condition. When our boss read this terms condition properly he dislike this agreement, even I realised later this is fraud to me by their sales representative, even I issued one cheque but later we stopped the payment through bank, due to above reason.

Now their team harassing us to take some legal action against us, when i informed them we are going to consumer forum, Mr. Pankaj replied there is no Base of consumer forum in our system,

I am using naukri.com since last 6years but I haven't received any marketing or promotional mailers and a good quality service from naukri.com, but when I opened my account in monsterindia.com my personal life gone crazy...too many marketing calls...too many banks calling for recovery of loans...my office phone, home phone was ringing continuously, firstly I thought it was coz of other reason..but when I removed my profile from monsterindia.com and also changed my all numbers with fake numbers all calls...mails stopped? what is this? we trust job websites to get good opportunities and these websites play with our personal info...dont open account in monsterindia.com. Share my story to others and spread awareness!!!thanks!!!
