Morphy Richards — lower rods in otg not working

OTG, grill not heating from bottom . Both the lower rods in the grill do not heat so nothing is cooked . It’s semi cooked as heating inadequate.we made a cake n it just baked from the top and took 1 hour 45 min as it should take 45 minutes. Also made a pizza it also remained semi cooked and burnt as had to be kept in for too long as the lower heating filament not working . Please never had this issue earlier but facing concern on the heating . Got it to be working it should be fixed totally .
