Personal since we bought these we are facing issue with the worst product i even seen as people with good expectation as food processor its completely failed even we had replacement but still facing issue with it.

NEVER GO WITH Morphy Richards Food Processor.

      I purchased hr fp icon dlx from shop no s-231, 232, 233; 2nd floor, nelson mandela marg, new delhi 110070 on 16/06/2017 under 2 year warranty.

      Early 2018, the product started developing serious issues in it's vessel, that of jamming and tightening.

      Due to my service in defence, i was posted in a remote location. I was denied any service there upon inquiring to avail my warranty service.

      Now having returned to delhi, i reached out to the company. I explained how it has been useless for the past year and the company's casual remarks that were passed back when i explained them of my circumstances.

      Thereafter i was provided with different numbers claiming to be of delhi branch office but they were of no use.

      My calls were not answered thereafter.

      This rude, unprofessional approach by a brand like morphy richards is disappointing.

      I condemn this behaviour and request redressal by the competent authority to now extend the service to me in delhi.

        Never ever have seen a company whose service is as unprofessional as that of morphy richards, india. I placed an online order from the company's online store for a room heater and made the payment online (Approx. Rs. 12, 495) on the 19th of january, 2020. The predict was to be delivered in five days, but even after nine days, neither was the product delivered, nor was there any intimation on the order status.

        Several phone calls made to the toll-free number were futile, for apparently no customer service is available. After a lot of difficulty, i got to speak to the manager who said he will get back to me with the contacts of the concerned person. He called me later to let me know the order is being delayed for some reason and that he will connect me with the appropriate person to resolve the issue. But instead of giving me the contact, he went ahead and cancelled the order without my consent on the 29th.

        When i wrote to him saying that i had not asked him to cancel the order, but only asked that i be put in touch with the right person, he blatantly denied it (Politely though) and said that i had indeed asked him over phone to do so! Interestingly, i received an email from the customer service shortly after that, saying that my order was cancelled by them due to unavailability of the product, thereby vindicating my stand.

        I am likely to get the money refunded, but am very annoyed ankit the whole episode:
        1. I waited for the heater to arrive, only to have the order cancelled unilaterally by the company after ten days.
        2. The company did not inform me that they were out of stock even after accepting the payment, until i inquired.
        3. The customer service number provided was not the correct one, and none seemed to know what is the correct contact.
        4. The manager had falsely alleged that i had requested for cancellation of the order, when it was done at their end.
        5. As of today (3-feb-2020) there is no response from anyone when i asked them for an explanation.

        I wish someone responsible could address these issues.

          This is the peak session & a week has passed in but still problem is remain same / not solved so far. Even i have no ides how much time you will take to complete this task

            Had bought an otg 40rc-ss on 21st oct. 2016 inv. No. El/1228/1617 from tulsi ram gallery, ashok vihar. Although it claimed of a stainless steel body, we found rust forming at various places all over the body of the otg. Am appalled & extremely disappointed & feel cheated by a company of such reputation. Would like to know how you intend to rectify this for the otg purchased.

            Had written to consumercare but to no avail. Inspite of several times could not contact customer care

              Morphy richards icon deluxe food processor purchased on 5th october 2019 within 20 days it stops working. Executive saying that base & motor need to be changed as the inside body is melted. After spending rupees 8490 what i got is a low grade product by morphy richard. Area sales manager raghav aggarwal is least bother in helping me
              Kindly help what should i do.

                I am writing on this forum after numerous attempts made on call and complains raised on morphy richards website regarding the product quality of morphy richards icon dlx 1000 w food processor (Steel black) bought on 15/06/2017 via invoice number 20158/2017-18/46813. It was delivered 4 days later. The product worked fine for almost 1.5 years. There after whenever i used the bigger steel jar, it used to leave a metallic dust around the processor and underneath the jar too. Though, it was always there after every use, but it was not a hindrance to my work so i didn't complain to the customer service. But in may 2019 the liquidizer jar (Plastic jar) started to leak from bottom. Before i could complain for it, i went abroad for a month the troubles didn't stop there. The food processor stopped picking speed as if there is no strength. The motor worked very slowly or did not work at all as per its mood. I observed this as soon as i came back from abroad. Immediately i complained to morphy richard consumer service to register a complain only to be informed that i was late minuscule 3 days for putting across a complain to be eligible for a free service.
                Speaking with the technician who called after my complain was lodged informed me that the estimated expense for repair and replacement of the faulty part would come to approx rs 4000/-. I was totally discouraged to go ahead with that as the expense was 50% cost of the food processor.
                This the product, which is company's premium product in the category, a product which is expected to be long lasting heavy duty for a product. The food processor which i spent rs 8298/- exactly two years ago had multiple issues that too just at the completion of two years. Is that the quality of product expected from a company of this repute? You cannot shrug away from the responsibility of a shabby poor quality product sold to a genuine buyer like this.
                I insist that the company takes my complain as a lead and investigate the poor quality of the product provided and honours the free service and repair/replacement of the product.
                Looking for a quick resolution at the earliest.

                  With great difficulty writing to you that was not knowing that your company has such a pathetic services of your product.
                  I purchased one coffee maker and called up customer care to arrange for a demo for the same. Customer care assured that their will be a person coming for the demo and after 2 days one guy called up for demo but his availability and mine timing did not matched so it was cancelled from his end. After a week i again called up customer care and same thing happened with me that person will come in 2 days but that did not happened. When 3rd time I called up customer care got the name and number of senior person named Mr Sinha who can help me out for this non service issue. Today on 26th August at 11.30 am i called him up and explained my problem he said company does not provide this to anyone. I was surprised. He said still he will look into this and will revert back. But he did not called back. I again called him up after one hour then he said the area supervisor will call and update me. In 10 mins i got a call from one Swati who said that they do not provide any such services. But still said will revert back on this again after talking to his sir. At 3 pm i called up both twice but they have stopped answering now.
                  At higher level this happens i m surprised. If this is the way of working of this company that is why i wonder why this brand has no presence in the market and why this company in India could not make mark. Answer is Simple, No ethics of customer care and no after sales service.
                  I would like to put this matter further with complaints on other places and will not leave this matter so easily

                    Hello team,

                    I bought a morphy richards microwave in november 2017. A week back there was a weird sound from the microwave and it abruptly stopped working. I have registered 2 complaint numbers 18042202 and 18099487 within a span of a week. Your service centers have refused to repair or replace by making an excuse that its irreparable. Rather than apologizing for bad customer service, they have audacity to blame it on me for incorrect usage. Let me make it very clear that i have been using microwaves since more than 20 years (Lg, samsung) and never have i faced such pathetic product and service. This looks like a product manufacturing defect and i request you to do the needful and repair/replace the product.

                      Hi! I have a 40 liter morphy richards otg. I am facing problem in timer and thermostat. It does not go off on its own and remains where it was set.

                      The last time, your technician had shown me how to use the timer... Rotating it beyond the time desired and then bringing it back to the desired time. It worked all these days but last week it stopped working. Please send some qualified person to solve the problem

                        Hello,
                        I purchased icon dlx food processor from kohinoor electronics, pune on 14th april 2019.
                        The aata kneading bowl of the processor stopped working today.
                        I registered complain with morhy richards.
                        Technician named amit more, mobile +[protected] called me and told that he will replace the bowl. He did not even visited home and straight away concluded that bowl is broken.
                        I am preety much sure that the bowl is intact since i handle very carefully. I suggested him to visit at least once, inspect the product and prove that it's broken if you think so,. He refused to visit saying, it will be waste of time.
                        Such a pathetic experience from morphy richards customer care.
                        The food processor is over priced and not worth the money.in addition to this company support is also not good. Not customer centric.
                        Very bad experience.

                          lower rods in otg not working

                          OTG, grill not heating from bottom . Both the lower rods in the grill do not heat so nothing is cooked . It’s semi cooked as heating inadequate.we made a cake n it just baked from the top and took 1 hour 45 min as it should take 45 minutes. Also made a pizza it also remained semi cooked and burnt as had to be kept in for too long as the lower heating filament not working . Please never had this issue earlier but facing concern on the heating...

                          Iam writing this in bringing your attention towards the (World's) best service that ur engineer has provided us. First of all we bought this geyser on around 15 march 19, and after that we keep on calling your delhi customer service number for installation and you people keep on making us fool by giving false assurance that your geyser will get installed asap but days passed and around 15 days your engineer finally came to install after more than 20 calls we made and the important thing is that 'the way he installed that geyser'. The geyser which he installed didn't even stayed for half n hour and it get detached from the main point on the wall and fell down and we kept it as it is. If possible i will share those images that how my father handled that geyser and will definitely share those with your authority. I just want you people to take strict action towards the engineer and want some rectification over this.

                              accents food mixer 400008

                              I purchased the above mixer from tv shopping a few years ago and it's only been used once, dry stored under a cover, i went to use it last week and nothing! The 'work light' flashes and that is all. I contacted morphy richards and was given the number of the company that 'makes our mixers'. Upon contacting this number i was told that it was most likely a 'software issue' and then the call turned into a sales pitch for a new 'discounted' mixer.br...

                              My morphy richards iron box started developing problems in the month of aug 2018. I registered a complaint to get it serviced post which the item was picked from home. I received the iron box in a damaged condition with the buttons to change settings malfunctioning. I registered another complaint post which water started dripping from the iron box. After 2 months of struggle i was offered to get the iron box replaced. I submitted the iron box with replacement tag and warranty card on 22 oct2018. I have been calling the service centre since then with no positive response from their end.4 months to solve a problem with iron box is a shame on brand like morphy richards. I have lost complete faith in your service centre and your brand eventually.

                                This is to inform you that i have purchased 25 cg microwave one week back in delhi. I am repeatedly requesting them to arrange a demonstration for the same but got no positive response from the company. Due to this i am still unable to use the product. This is the worst experience ever i got from any company.

                                  Purchased the product from amazon on jan 2017. After the warranty period was over, i have been trying to get an amc done but there is no response from morphy richards.

                                  Sent them multiple emails, none of which has been answered and their telephone and social media support is a joke as well. I called the customer support helpline number and they instead provided me with a number of bajaj finance to get an amc.

                                  Terrible...

                                  I have bought a new food processor and when the demo guy came he found out that two items i. E. One chopping blade and processor bowl lid from the pack are missing. I have brought the food processor from gulati store, kalkaji, new delhi. I was assured that they would provide the missing items but sadly its been 3 days now and still they keep saying it will be provided.

                                  In such circumstamces i believe the whole food processeor should have been replaced by a new set. Further while buying i had requested the seller to open n show me what all units were there but was always told that they cant open d packaging.
