[Resolved]  Morphy Richards — Poor Customer Service

Hi, In last year i got a gift of morphy richards microwave convention in the month of november but when i try to start it was not rotating so i have raised a complaint in customer care in the month of March 2013 (complaint no: 2308620) but chased for the response more than 3 times. Finally i got a response and service man visited my home and he said some part is missing due to which not rotating. The person said he will bring the parts but till today (22/11/2013) i didnt get a response nor from customer caser or from service man. My experience in morphy richards is customer care service is very poor.
