I bought one induction oven called Chef Express 700. I stopped working suddenly and made a complaint to Murphy and Bajaj came to provide service. That also after lots of phone calls and then they said some part inside is not working and need to be replaced that part. The took 7 days time to bring that and replace. After 15 days we again called and then they remembered and delayed day by day after lots of phone calls they came and told full materials will be replaced and they placed a tag o that said bring that to the seller and he will provide another new one will take this older one. When we went to the shop said, they will not replace this as company will not provide the same to him. As per his note, it will be replaced by the company and that also at home. Made many calls and nothing happened and waited another more month and then sent a mail to Murphy, found that also went to Bajaj again and they started treating this as a new case and saying bring the materials to their service centre. Asked why? As per the Murphy home service facility to be provided by the company for particular that model. They started forwarding us from one no to another person to another person to another person and providing different phone numbers. We are literally fade up. I am seriously thinking to come to the consumer court and lodge a complaint against Murphy Richard and Bajaj. At last one senior guy told that they are taking as a new case again and we have to bring this to their service centre and they will check either they repair this or not and then the replacements comes. I given them 24hrs time to provide the service as they suppose to provide the service by tht time not 2 months. As a head he has to say why it has not been done on time. This case started 26th of July and many complaints nos generated by them.

    I have purchased Microwave grill model No. MWO 20 MBG of Morphy Richard from Star Bazaar Orion mall Bangalore on 27th Feb 2014 the purpose was to gift my parents for their 25th Anniversary it all went on vein. Because when they opened and started using the microwave on the very next day it was not getting heat at all. I was surprised by this later I complained twice regarding the same I use to get the complaint no but no response for the same. My last compliant was on June 2014. I am requesting you to look into the matter and do the need full as soon as possible. Otherwise I should take a strict action/ legal action against this.

      I have/had a red 4 slice toaster... which when I was making my children breakfast the other day it started smoking and within seconds had caught on fire!! I took it to currys in aylesford and all they did was send it off to be looked at and gave me £30 as a good will gesture... to be honest I think that is appaling considering it scared my children and could have set my house on fire with us all in it if I wasnt in the kitchen. What are you going to do about this? Also the matching kettle that I purchased at the same time has lost some colour and writing had come off. Cant send pictures of the toasted as currys took it to look at and havent returned or replaced!!

        Hello - I had purchased a toaster on 4-8-13 with 2 yr warrenty and have been registering my complaints with compaint no. # 4159717, 3027709 for repairing my TOASTER sincelast 11 months . There arrived a service man only once and tried to re pair but still the toaster is not working at all we have been complaining to mr. deepak and mr priyank again and again but they r not ready to listen.company people are just passing away the warrenty period. The product is not at all satisfactory.I want this toaster to be replaced immediately. i[censored] guys would not take any action immediately i would definately switch my complaint to consumer court

          I have purchased a Microwave oven 25 ltr from croma center (pacific mall, ghaziabad) on 13th April 2014.Sales man from Croma center had raised a request for Demo on 13th april 2014 as they had communicacated to me at the time of product purchase. In Ghaziabad city, M/s S R Enterprises, Mukand Nagar, has the ownership to provide the demonstration. I have already raised a request two times in Morphyrichard call center ([protected]) on 17 may 2014: request number- 4703966 and in 07th june 2014: request numer- 4840590. but no representative has turned up till date even after several reminders. Still i'm waiting for response from the service center.

            I had purchased a Morphy Richards pop up toaster from Hyper City, Kundalahalli, Bangalore. It stopped working within a month. When I asked Hyper City they told me to contact Customer Care. I registered a complaint with call No[protected]. After 2 days some one from Sumukha Electrical came and collected my toaster promising that they will return it by 3-4 bussiness days. But after one week I did not receive any call from them, so I agian called the customer care but they straight away told me its not there responsibility, I have to hound behind Sumukha Electrical. Same I did and that fellow told me Sir we will replace and deliver your product within 2 days. You dont believe even after 10 days neither I did receive a call nor the product. Every day he bluffed me saying its out for delivery you will get it by today. Finally on 26th May he delivered the my non-functioning product saying that they will replace this once they got the product from company. As I was in office my wife received it so I tried calling the Sumukha Electrical fellow, he did not pick up the phone. So I called the customer care they just again register a complain with call no[protected]. I don't believe Morphy Richards can do this. Bunch of inefficient customer service representatives and a fake service center Sumukha really spoils the image of the brand. FRIENDS NEVER PURCHASE ANY MORPHY RECHARDS PRODUCT.

            I Bought a Morphy Richards Optimo 1.0L Electric Kettle from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd Golpark showroom on….November 2013, with Product serial no. X[protected]. Guarantee card dated 29.12.13. Assured of 2 year warranty on the product and that I would be provided service at home in case of any problem.
            The kettle stopped working suddenly morning of 1st August 2014. Complaint lodged with Khosla who forwarded complaint to Morphy Richards service centre. Docket no.[protected] Service Plaza, Kolkata ph no. 24656659 on 2.8.14. On 7.8.14, Mr. Amit from the service centre came and saw the kettle and said it could not be repaired on site. He said he would go back to service centre and give his report and then they would let us know what is to be done – repair at service centre or replacement.
            Since there was no call from the service centre, we called up and asked them repeatedly what is to be done. On 9.8.14, I received a call to go and give the kettle to the service centre as soon as possible. The kettle was handed over to service centre personnel on 11.8.14 – after that there has been no news and it has been extremely difficult to deal with the service centre...no one picks up the phone most of the time; when they do they say they are in a meeting and will call back; they never do; if by chance I manage to extend the conversation they say they will find out about the status and let me know...but still I am without any idea what is being done.
            On 11th August I called your helpline and registered another complaint docket number[protected] and the person on the other end said he would send someone to my house. I had to explain the problem to him once again and he provided me with the mobile number of your State In Charge. However the story is the same...will call you back...will find out...will let you know... NO KETTLE...NO INFORMATION till today...I have been calling everyday...
            On 3.9.14 I received a call from your SIC (after having called him nearly 10-12 times) who informed me that the spare part for the kettle would be received the same day and the kettle would be repaired and handed over by the weekend.
            Since as usual, I did not receive any call, I called them today 9.9.14 at 11.45 to find out the status. I was asked to call after 2 pm…..this is how it has been in the last few weeks.
            Now I want my Kettle back - is its non-working condition so that I can do the needful with my own resources...since yours are of no use.
            Hope you will help me to retrieve my non-working kettle.

              I have purchased a Morphy Richards Microwave Over before an year and now the touch pad stopped working and hence I am unable to use it. I have approached Morphy Richards customer care and one guy came and checked the machine and informed me that he will get back within a week. He has not called back even there is no response even after several reminder call.. It seems the spare parts are not available. Later I have contacted some local service guys and they also have confirmed that Morphy Richards parts are not available in the market and they cannot be repaired. With this bad experience I have decided that I will never buy any Morphy Richards products and nor recommend it to anyone. I will try to post similar message in maximum websites to help customers from getting into such trouble I have been going through. Regards Gopa

                i had bought a microwave oven 23l from chandigarh on 30th of October, for my parents who are living in indri(karnal), while purchasing this product i had inquired the salesman about the company coverage at given place, he assured me about the company service. i had booked the demo and it was told me that on 5th nov. my demo will be done, but the no one came at home, then i contacted salesman and he gave me karnal customer care no. of[protected], Mr.Lalit Sharma, and he felt sorry for delay and told me to done the demo of product in 2-3days( on nov.7). but some days before when i again called as my parents told me no one has come till yet, he told me that he has left the Morphy Richards company work because company is not co-operative. then i called the customer care no and again booked demo, which no. is 3562456(nov. 20), and he told me that demo will be done till evening and maximum till 22 nov. then again nothing done. on nov.25th i again call them, he said me it will be done in 1-2 days, and today is 27th, the end of 2nd day. the company is giving guaranty period of 2 years, in which one month is gone in waiting for demo to done, in this case what should i understand, the company is making so good products that it has so much demos to give, so i am in the waiting list and i should for company's new staff recruitment? what should i think about the comapny service in the future...and truly speaking i am not in mood to refer any body to buy this company products...

                i am feeling ashamed after buying your product, your came at my home for named Ashok, he asked my mother to sign on paper, as he got sign on paper, his demo was complete, in 10 min. he told how to hotten the water in oven, nothing more but a suggestion( read manual to know more), and in 10 min. he was out of my home. i advise you to meet Inalsa people, they will tell you about the services...

                i am not able to understand whether i have chosen a wrong company or company have chosen wrong men to work with them.

                again a pthatic experience...

                  Hi, In last year i got a gift of morphy richards microwave convention in the month of november but when i try to start it was not rotating so i have raised a complaint in customer care in the month of March 2013 (complaint no: 2308620) but chased for the response more than 3 times. Finally i got a response and service man visited my home and he said some part is missing due to which not rotating. The person said he will bring the parts...

                  We bought Morphy Ace Richards mixer from Auchaan, Manthri Square, Bangalore on 23rd June, 2013.We were admonished to buy this from the Staff of Auchaan's kitchen ware section.But from the day one o[censored]sing it, we have been facing these problems, Jars are leaking, when we run the mixer, we feel the burnt smell and some liquid leakage from the motor.We filed complaint. They take months together to provide service.When I tried calling the service centers, they tell that they have stopped providing service to Morphy.When we go to Auchaan and inform them the same.They are so irresponsible that they don't even listen to what we are saying.They chuckle among themselves as if we are cracking a joke in front of them.We got to know Bajaj Electrical Service provides the service to Morphy.When we register the complaint, they assign the request some other area despite of mentioning the right address. We have to keep following them up to get that changed and get the request assigned to the corresponding service centre for our area.Once the complaint is assigned, we have to keep calling these guys to provide the service and when they come home, they would not bring equipments and they tell that they would fix it next and ask me to register a grievance again.That would take months together again.The guys are so impatient that they don't even want to listen to the problems. They just say that they can't do anything.Then why do they have to agree to provide service if they show such an attitude.This doesn't stop here, the trauma keeps going. They (service provider guys) give somebody else's contact number to get the issue fixed and ask us to soak rice(as the mixer cant take minimum quantity) and the guy who has to attend the issue, doesn't turn up at all.Waht the heck is this. We are paying 1000 of bucks and we are going through all these traumas.This is the worst experience I ever had with any product. I don't recommend Morphy Ace Richard mixer. Don't even think of buying it. We are cheated.We are running behind service providers to get this fixed. We are wasting time and money by buying this mixer..Such a crap product and service

                    I bought a Morphy Richards Premio Electric Gyser from Kohli Appliances, 561, Patpar Road, Jheel, Delhi-110051 on 24/10/2013. They told me that my Gyser will be installed very next day only. But till now nobody has come for the same. When I recheck on Morphy Richards Customer Care they are saying it will be installed by coming tuesday. I called up Kohli Appliances to take this back as I have an urgency as I bought it for my small daughter. My purpose is not getting fulfilled. But, they have refused to take this back. Please help me to resolve this. It is very third class service and response from Morphy Richards and Kohli Appliances as it takes one week to install the Electric Gyser. Looking forward for fair justice.

                    I wonder if the service is like this on Installation, how would they provide the support, Service and Warranty. I rate it 3rd Class. At least it was not expected from a Company Like Morphy Richards which is from UK and from their Authorised Dealer.

                      I bought the Morphy Richards OTG model 18 RSS on 29th Sept 2013. I used it two times in 5 days. On the sixth day the OTG was not working. I made a complaint at the toll free number on 6th Oct 2013. My complaint number is 3321476. The service was assigned to Pant Service, Delhi. The service engineer visited on 8th Nov. He said that the timer is not working and needs to be replaced. (Of the brand new OTG?? Within 2 uses??!!) He said that It would take 2 days as the timers are not in stock! 5 days passed and there was no sign of the engineer and the timer. I called the toll free number again and mentioned my grievances. I was assured that the engineer would be at my place to repair the same before 6pm the same day. NO one came. Two days later I called again. The response was the same. I was assured that the engineer would be at my place to repair the same before 6pm the same day. I was angry and demanded replacement of the OTG. I was told that that I should discuss that with Pant Service. (Why would the service center replace my OTG? Isnt't the company's responsibility??) Well, again that evening NO one came. Today is 16th Oct. It has been 10 days since the complaint! The service engineer came and started the repair work. Until he noticed that the timer sent is of the wrong model! Now he has told me that it will take 3 days more. My brand new OTG (without me using it) within 2 weeks of purchase, is looking like a beaten second hand model from the repeated opening and hammering. This company, Morphy Richards has cost me my mental peace for over 15 days. I have paid Rs 4750 for this useless tin box that doesn't work. I want a replacement as soon as possible or my money back. I would advise all future buyers of Morphy Richards and Bajaj appliances to stay away from these companies if you love your peace of mind! Dr Niketa

                      pathetic service, even the customer care is a horrible service provider.

                      I had AO smith water heater installed. The service was excellent and this time i thought let me try with Marphy ricchard for another washroom. after buying the product i registered for installation and its been a week nobody arrived.

                      i called up to customer care, all it started with the irritating caller tune asking me to dial the same number next time also. because number has been changed. ( This goes for twice one in Hindi and English) after that i spoke to a excecutive and got to know he can only register one more complaint. i asked him to connect to his manager to esculate the issue and he transfered the call and it never got connected which means disconnected.

                      how about reading the above paragraph again? yes i did the same thing again and call disconnected.

                      overall product MIGHT be good but pathetic service is killing everything.

                        A very pathetic experience I am experiencing after contacting morphy richards customer care and launching complain regarding my Radiant Cooker. Let me explain a brief. My radiant cooker (sr. no. C061 RC011211) what I had purchased on the dated on 24th September, 2012 suddenly stopped working probably on 27th or 28th August, 2013. Since two years guarantee is there for this product and even I have not completed a year, I have contacted the morphi Richards- Bangalore branch office on 30th August probably and received a person’s (name Mr. Goverdhan, if I have not misspelt) contact number. Immediately, I have contacted the person and was suggested to call the morphy richards toll free number[protected] to collect my complain number. Accordingly, I have collected the complain number and have passed it to Mr. Goverdhan. Then, 3rd September, 2013, a person from Bajaj Alliance (as he told) came to my place and checked the aforementioned radiant cooker. According to him, coil needs to be changed and he was supposed to come on the next day (as he promised) to repair it. Then till date next day has not come and still I am waiting for the next day! In between, I have contacted and also tried to contact the Bajaj Alliance person several times. First 2-3 times he had received my phone call and started giving different excuses. And after that, he stopped receiving my phone call even. Again with hope I contacted morphi richards Bangalore branch office and explained the total fact. There also every time I had to explain the same thing in details to different person. I was assured that they shall look into the problem. Still I am waiting for their reply! Again, I have contacted Mr. Goverdhan on the dated 15th September, 2013 and explained the entire fact. Next day, I have received phone call from another person of Bajaj Alliance (but from different number) and got some hope that he will come in another 4 hours. Then he just started postponing his time to come and at last stopped receiving my phone call. I didn’t understand if he is not interested to come, why he contacted me. Again, I have contacted Mr. Goverdhan on 18th and told him if he won’t help me, I shall take the help of consumer court to solve the problem. He requested to wait for another day by which he will solve the problem. However, nothing has happened and he also stopped receiving my phone call. I request you to solve my problem and rescue from this kind of harassment.

                          Morphy Richards otg is one of the most pathetic buy I have made .
                          Despite making several complaints at their customer care ( almost 10 times in last 15 days) nobody has ever attended to it . I am just trying to resolve this thermostat problem ...

                          Within a year of purchase of murphy richards electric kettle smoke came out of it & since then it is not functional .kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                              I bought a microwave oven of Morphy Richards [Model- 20 MBG] from Big Bazar, T. Nagar, Chennai on 11th August 2012. Just after 2 months, i noticed that sparks coming out from the internal panel. i registered the complaint with MORPHY RICHARDS CUSTOMER CARE many times. After so much fuss they send a technician who fixed it improperly and after 2 months again sparks started coming out. now i am continuously calling them since March 2013 but they are not paying any heed.
                              My compliant is still on from my side and the complaint number is : MWC 2485536

                                I have Morphy Richards' Induction cooker model Chef Xpress 200. Purchased 7 months ago. last month it went dead. I sent it for service to my retailer. about a month has been passed but till now no service has been provided.
                                My retailer told me that service centre is neither receiving his call nor visiting his shop.

                                Since the time i purchased it i am facing a lot of problems regarding this product.

                                Customer care toll free no. is also unresponsive.

                                Plz. help me get my appliance serviced or replaced because it is within guarantee period of 2 years.

                                3rd grade service.
                                Currently the import of Morphy Richards products is owned and marketed by BAJAJ ELECTRICALS LTD. and which is responsible for the service of such products.

                                Although I tried Customer Care Toll free no. of both Morphy Richards, India as well as Bajaj Electricals Ltd. But none of them respond i.e., no one received the call.

                                My retailer called the service authority at Ranchi, Jharkhand. He told that he would come and check the issue. but about a month has passed and no response.

                                Both Bajaj Electricals Ltd. and Morphy Richards are idle and NON RESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMER CARE AND SATISFACTION. In fact they are giving trouble and only trouble to their valuable customers.

                                  I purchased a juice extractor with brand name Maximo from VIP Market, Kolkata 3/4 months back. The machine is not working properly since beginning. The juice is spilled here and there from the machine and the fruit juice collected from the machine gives a bad odour. I contacted the customer care centre but the reply came from Bajaj Electricals. The technician came saw and failed to remove the shortcomings. He could not give any satisfactory reply also.

                                    Morphy Richard is one of the worst company i have seen.Its customer service after sale is very very poor.They just know how to make customers fool...They are cheaters.Morphy Richard do not have value of customer satisfaction for them their executives and their product is best..Its now 15 days approx for complaint but my problem is not solved till now and even i dont get any response from them...I can only say its worst worst worst!!!

                                      I bought an Induction Heater of Morphy Richards. It is in Guarantee period. It worked well for the first 2-3 months. But now it is not working with my Bajaj Induction Based Pressure Cooker. Rest all cookwares are working but not that efficient as it was earlier. I sent it for service. But they returned it back making an excuse that it is working with all cookwares so what if it doesn't work with your cooker.
                                      The induction heater shows ERROR CODE 09 when i put the pressure cooker on it. I am facing a lot of problems. I tried to complain through various means. but to my wonder no results.
