[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — service denied by motorola service centre chandigarh | |||
I have been relying on this brand since very long, so i bought moto g6 on 12th june 2018. Its been only 5 months and my phone started shutting down automatically, i visited customer care center as my phone was in warranty period, nisha took my phone and rohit diagnosed it, they said my phone's motherboard is sorting because some liquid was accumulated there through my charger jack. So replacement of motherboard wouldn't cover under warranty, i searched on google the sign on motherboard is a pink pigment which gets discoloured if any moisture enters, but both the pigments in my motherboard was pink, neither i exposed my cell to water ever. And also my phone was taking charge correctly when connected to the charger. They were charging me 10000 for motherboard replacement. After recieving my phone back the phone was unable to switch on even.. Which was earlier happening and the back case was also broken. I was very much disappointed by the service and how the support provider manipulate the customers. Earlier i used to suggest everyone for motorola now i myself switched to nokia and never i will suggest anyone for motorolla. Customer service are not for consumers instead they are for extra profit of the company. Motorola cheated me. Was this information helpful? | |||
