I have contacted the mPokett support team through email to request them to deactivate my account, they asked me the reason for deactivating my account, when i replied to them stating the reasons, they are still sending the same email asking again for the reason, i got this email many times and they are not even replying to my actual emails, they are just copy pasting the same thing, why do you have a support team if you can't provide any support to your customer?
