Hi i have took loan of one year back due to my health issue i was on bed rest and out of work and recently joined in job so i said to the people also multiple times and i have submitted the documents also and even though calling and harrasing me like will visit to the location even am lifting the call and giving the proper answer also and jus now from chennai mpokkt customer care girl spoke very rudely that will visit to the location what u want to do u do i will make home visit so that means she threatening and spoiling my entity in my home location is that fare even i said her i will pay next this month i have not received the salary i said clearly also she is using such bad words the name of the girl in chennai ananya, see a person right the complaint and responding ober the calls means its shows that the person will pay right if the support people behaves wrongly what it means even multiple times also after saying again again she is calling and spoiling my name

This is sumanth i have taken loan from mpokket in my college days but i not paid at that time due to covid so that i completely forgot about my payment and they increased interest as much as they can i took 10, 000 now they are telling to pay 36000 but i cant pay that much i want waiver from my penalities so that i can clear my pending dues immediately please look into it and bring me out from this problem.

I took loan from mpocket I am unable to login into the app because I lost my phone with my mpocket registered mobile number so I want change my registered mobile number login into the app and pay my loan tried to contact mpocket by call and email but there is no response at all please help me with this issue.

Hi I took loan from mpokket in carona, due to my financial and family issues I'm unable to pay at that time. Recently I contacted mpokket regarding loan repayment but they didn't reduce penalty for me it is difficult to pay penalty.

Sir my registered number is [protected] which is changed from my old number [protected], account holder name = Prashant singh parihar, sir I am continue trying to contact mpokket team but they are not replying, As I paid my all loans and overdue before 2months on 15/02/2024 and asking to provide me NOC certificate in my email id aur in my WhatsApp number [protected], sir please issue me NOC letter and also please do close my open loan account in my civil report there is still my loan account is opened from last two months .

Sir my name is srajal bagri having mobile no. +[protected] I have tried contacting mppoket many times but get no proper reply and totally harrassment is all I have got my net amount is 7200 rs only and they are asking to pay 20k rs which I cannot bear I, I am a student and don't have any source of income currently I want to clear the amounts pp hence I request you to please resolve it asap and remove the penalty amount so I can make the paywmnt

I have contacted the mPokett support team through email to request them to deactivate my account, they asked me the reason for deactivating my account, when i replied to them stating the reasons, they are still sending the same email asking again for the reason, i got this email many times and they are not even replying to my actual emails, they are just copy pasting the same thing, why do you have a support team if you can't provide any support to your customer?

I closed all loans but cibil report not clear so I want NOC letter so please resolve my problem

I took loan from mpokket and was not able to repay on time, they have levied heavy penalty named late fee . Previously I have took about 4lacs loan from mpokket and repaid on time each and every time . Is this how mpokket treats it's old and valued customer? For 9500 rupees they are asking me to pay 20000 .

This complaint against Mpokket app.
This company is making me fool as the two recent transactions (loans) have not been done by me in Mpokket. (Attached screenshot) 20k and 1k but they are asking me for repayment on daily basis and harassing me.
I had a conversation with one of the Mpokket employees. (Subhajit).
And he informed me that the three devices below were totally logged to used my mpokket...

I took a loan of 13500 from mpokket some months back. Due to some financial trouble I was not able to pay back the loan. Now the due amount has increased to 28000, more than double the amount I took. Due to this I am simply unable to clear the loan. Please waive off all my penalties so that I can clear my loan

I took a loan of 13.5k from mpokket. Due to some financial trouble Ibwas not able to repay it for 3 months. Now when i checked the app the repayment amount has risen to about 28k. This is more than double the amount taken. How to waive off the penalty....

As I have paid my all mpokket loans, but in credit report it was showing as active ...please check and issue a noc certificate

I have taken 14000 loans on Mpokket, but I lost my registered number and now I recovered that number but,
