I had taken a loan of sum amount which due to mu situation I couldn't pay it on time now recently I am able to get the amount clear but then amount what you'll have changed it double the amount I have mail about this issue many time I have even message on WhatsApp that the amount which you'll have changed it directly double I'm requesting to waive off my my penalty so that I can get the amount clear

Due to covid impacted and I was jobless and encountered bad days in life which I am still unable to overcome.
I requested in mail multiple times to waive off late charges and they did not understand condition. They want late charge also and Impact our credit score also. Small amount only but condition is very critical. None are there to understand.
I am ready to pay actual amount that too borrowing from others because of their torture. They are harrassing my mother who is senior citizen when we are struggling to eat as well.
