I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive interest and penalties that have been applied to my account with Mpokket, with Loan ID's 47051265, 47822220, 48842409, 47876757, 52924647. The charges on my account have become unreasonably high, and I believe they do not fairly reflect the terms agreed upon or the circumstances surrounding my repayment delay.

While I understand that interest is part of the loan agreement, the current charges appear to be disproportionate and have significantly impacted my ability to manage my finances. I request a thorough review of my account and these charges.
