[Resolved]  Mpokket — disclosure of privacy details named as defaulter still after payment.

I used mpokket for loan almost 2years upto everytime i paid loan on due date, and 6months back i lost my phone and unable to logged in from another so i paid the money lately, only twice i got call and i said i will pay the money and send the direct link and even after payment My contact details got messages as i am defaulter . Its really painful to get humiliated even after payment of loans and ONE OF CONTACT THEY SENT MESSAGE WAS A NEW NUMBER I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY GOT THAT CONTACT LIST WHICH IS RECENTLY ARE YOU GUYS STEALING OUR DATA EVEN AFTER UNINSTALLING AN APP, HOW ARE YOU DOING IT'S AGAINST PRIVACY .
IN THIS COMPLAINT I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THESE ASPECTS
1. WRONGFUL USE OF DATA
2. DEFAMATION of once character.
3. Exploiting.
4. Verbal torture
I have linked the screenshots for proof and i blured out information for privacy i can send original copies if needed.
And the account details they are updated a week back when which i haven't used mpokket app how did they got them. If the contacts are older when i used mpokket it's okay i may have given permission but how do you got new ones.

Mpoket app is delet my account any dispose my cibil record then i can not borrow money from any places how i can borrow money in fruture

I use to clear my dues before the due dates but still after clearing all my loans it still shows i have not paid .. when i check for cibil score .. so please clear this issue .. ASAP .. i need my cibil score get updated soon .. thank you
