I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a matter of significant concern that has not yet been addressed despite my previous complaint.
On 28 & 29 May 2024, I submitted a formal complaint to the consumer court regarding an erroneous and defamatory credit report issued by mPokket. This false report has severely impacted my CIBIL score, causing undue stress and financial complications. Despite my efforts, including multiple emails sent to mPokket (the first being on 07 May 2024 and subsequent follow-ups), I have not received any response or rectification of the issue.

Given the severity of this issue and the lack of response from both mPokket and the consumer court, I am compelled to take this matter to the next level. As my last resort, I am prepared to file a defamation case against mPokket for the false accusations that have caused significant harm to my financial standing and personal reputation.
I kindly request the consumer court to expedite the processing of my complaint and provide a resolution at the earliest. The unresponsiveness and the false reporting by mPokket are not just a matter of financial discrepancy but also a matter of personal integrity and mental peace.
I hope for a prompt and favorable resolution to this issue to prevent further escalation. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
