I am Ayusman Samasi, I have cleared all my dues by the end of Feb, 2024. You could help in this it will be very helpful. Please update my cibil report, It's still in active and is putting Bad Impact on cibil due to Mpocket Loan! It's just 4K and i also paid with Extra Dues.

    Didnt get response

    It has been 10 days still I didn’t get a link to pay the money not even a call i got from mpokket. If we don’t have money mpokket agent will call repeatedly and uses abused words. When we are trying to reach the agent didn’t get response...

      Settlement of loan

      Hello I am anamika, I was a regular user of mpokket app and used to clear all my debts on tim but last year due to some reasons I couldn't complete my few debts of around ruppees 2-3k and even paid the date extension fee seperately but due to family emergency condition I am not able to pay the debt amount for the time being and now the mpokket app people are calling me and constantly threatening me, also they e-mailed me the legal notice....

      This is Avishek Roy, I have a loan from your company on number [protected], I have taken that loan for one of my friend on my name to help him, however he betrayed me and he is out of contact and he did not paid any money to me to repay the loan, now as the documents are on my name I know I have clear the amount, but I have lost my job and I am jobless for last 2years, today the agency people are calling up and threatening me to repay the loan if not done by today they will share the documents and details with my neighbour's, I have requested them for some time but they are not ready to listen, so I am requesting you to please give me atleast 2-3 months of time so that I can arrange money and repay the entire loan amount, please help me on this and stop the matter from agency.

        I took loan of 14000 and now they are asking to pay 17000 as I couldn;t pay on time. need waiver on the loan and I will repay whatever I bought.

        I have taken loan of 14000 30 days back and mpokket people are calling 20 times a day to repay. I have financial crisis and unable to pay the full amount. I request you to either provide me EMI options of few months or give settlement amount.

          I have been taken 17000, but now it is showing 40k rupees, my situation is very bad, my father got hospitalized, can you please give the waiver. I have recieved calls from mpokket they are using . Can you please reduce the amount I will pay it on the spot please give me waiver amount of 100%

            Dear support team,
            I am Hemant singh kanyal I have cleared all my dues by the end of June, 2022 if you could help in this it will be very helpful. Take this action very seriously and provide me NOC as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after emailing me NOC. My reason for NOC is for the purpose o[censored]pdate my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines.

            Mpokket has provided me NDC (No Dues Certificate) and also they have noted down the account no. of the loans that was being shown as active in my Cibil Credit Score. They said they will forward information regarding these four accounts to the Cibil authorities that there are no outstanding dues regarding conserned loan accounts. Also they said they will provide me updates through WhatsApp .

                Collection agent is blackmailing and threatening

                Hi, I have taken a loan from Mpokket and there was a delay in payment but some how I'm trying to arrange the money and paying the loan amount but the executives from Mpokket doesn't know anything and they will follow the script to talk nothing else. I have a already informed several times that I'm facing some medical emergency in the family and I will arrange the money on 5 May 2024 but they are not listening and now finally, Mpokket team...

                It's been 45 days i have cleared all my dues on mpocket, still credit report shows your loan is active and overdue . Because of mpocket my cibil has got affected severally, after paying all the dues with hefty fine, still we have to bear all these stuffs. Now I can't even get a new loan due to bad cibil.
                As you said it will be updated within 45 days, so am writing this for you for not updating my report. do issue the NOC or send the updated reports to the respected bureau.

                  This my 5-6th complaint against mpokket

                  Why you are not able to slove ... .. When loan is overdue you charge hefty fees ... Now bcoz of you (mpokket )my credit score
                  Is falling.. You must be responsible for this


                  (((( I have cleared my all dues on[protected]

                  (My score went from 630 to 580 )
                  After 1 month of clearing all dues 🤯🤯

                  Sooo now are you guys going to give me compensation...!

                      Hi i have took loan of one year back due to my health issue i was on bed rest and out of work and recently joined in job so i said to the people also multiple times and i have submitted the documents also and even though calling and harrasing me like will visit to the location even am lifting the call and giving the proper answer also and jus now from chennai mpokkt customer care girl spoke very rudely that will visit to the location what u want to do u do i will make home visit so that means she threatening and spoiling my entity in my home location is that fare even i said her i will pay next this month i have not received the salary i said clearly also she is using such bad words the name of the girl in chennai ananya, see a person right the complaint and responding ober the calls means its shows that the person will pay right if the support people behaves wrongly what it means even multiple times also after saying again again she is calling and spoiling my name

                        This is sumanth i have taken loan from mpokket in my college days but i not paid at that time due to covid so that i completely forgot about my payment and they increased interest as much as they can i took 10, 000 now they are telling to pay 36000 but i cant pay that much i want waiver from my penalities so that i can clear my pending dues immediately please look into it and bring me out from this problem.

                          I took loan from mpocket I am unable to login into the app because I lost my phone with my mpocket registered mobile number so I want change my registered mobile number login into the app and pay my loan tried to contact mpocket by call and email but there is no response at all please help me with this issue.

                            Hi I took loan from mpokket in carona, due to my financial and family issues I'm unable to pay at that time. Recently I contacted mpokket regarding loan repayment but they didn't reduce penalty for me it is difficult to pay penalty.
