    Call spam and harassment

    I am receiving calls every 10-20mins to the point of harrassment for absolutely no reason at all. They all tell me to complete my profile but I do not have need for loan anymore and I have never taken any loan ever either. Please make it stop.

    I also sent multiple emails to delete my account but I got no response for deletion. Please stop calling me and delete my account and data.

    Hey mPokket, i have written tons of emails asking you to close my mpokket account as i have no need of more loans, but your support team is unable to help me, they do not even open my mail and if they open it, they just repeatedly write the same [censored] every time, i am requesting you to delete my account as soon as possible.

        I'm complaining about the loan provider is not refunding my money

        Address: 12th Floor, Unit No. - 1204, PS, TOWER-1, SRIJAN CORPORATE PARK, EP & GP 2, GP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091

        I was paying a loan, MK19DF655AID107675, due to network problem the amount of Rs 2074.56 was deducted twice.
        I had to pay 4 loan amounts on 10th but my transaction happened 5 times, I have proof of bank statement.
        When I checked after some time the loan amount was paid but my second time amount is not refunded yet, now it's been 30 more days, tell me when will I get my refund, as it doesn't take that much time.

                Settlement of loan

                Hello I am anamika, I was a regular user of mpokket app and used to clear all my debts on tim but last year due to some reasons I couldn't complete my few debts of around ruppees 2-3k and even paid the date extension fee seperately but due to family emergency condition I am not able to pay the debt amount for the time being and now the mpokket app people are calling me and constantly threatening me, also they e-mailed me the legal notice....

                This is Avishek Roy, I have a loan from your company on number [protected], I have taken that loan for one of my friend on my name to help him, however he betrayed me and he is out of contact and he did not paid any money to me to repay the loan, now as the documents are on my name I know I have clear the amount, but I have lost my job and I am jobless for last 2years, today the agency people are calling up and threatening me to repay the loan if not done by today they will share the documents and details with my neighbour's, I have requested them for some time but they are not ready to listen, so I am requesting you to please give me atleast 2-3 months of time so that I can arrange money and repay the entire loan amount, please help me on this and stop the matter from agency.

                    sir i am here to complain that my loan no -MKE2B71652BID[protected] has a repayment schedule of rupees 955 on 4 may 2024 and i have made that payment from my debit card to your app i also got confirmation email of payment but your app is showing that installment unpaid and charges late fees and also reduces my credit score i ask to to resolve that issue otherwise i have to go for the legal action regarding the deduction in my credit score after paying my installment . it is your fault that the payment did not showing i got the confirmation mail

                        I am Hemant singh kanyal I have cleared all my dues by the end of June, 2022 if you could help in this it will be very helpful. Take this action very seriously and provide me NOC as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after emailing me NOC. My reason for NOC is for the purpose o[censored]pdate my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines.

                        Mpokket has provided me NDC (No Dues Certificate) and also they have noted down the account no. of the loans that was being shown as active in my Cibil Credit Score. They said they will forward information regarding these four accounts to the Cibil authorities that there are no outstanding dues regarding conserned loan accounts. Also they said they will provide me updates through WhatsApp .
