[Resolved]  Mpokket — Harassment and breach of private information.

I was a loyal costumer of mpokket for 2 years. I am a student and i needed some money so I took many loans from them and repaid them on time. Few months earlier I took 3 loans from them. During lockdown i was unable to pay the loan I kept sending them emails that I need some time and i will pay when I have money.
Now they are harassing me and my family by continuously calling day and night with more than 20 calls in a day. I am ready to pay the loan but they are charging rs 80 as late fees for each day even for days during lock down which is too much.
They also stole my contact list from my phone with their app without my consent and are calling my relatives and friends asking them to tell me to pay the loan. This a breach of personal information. How is a company allowed to do this. I get that they want their money back but this form of harassment is unacceptable.
Their agent are abusive and say that if i don't pay the loan they will destroy my future and say that if i don't pay they will make sure I never get a job.
I continuously asking them to reduce the late fees and then I will pay the loan but they are not ready to listen.
