Mpokket — Harassment calls by mpocket

I have taken loan amount of k during lockdown and I have always paid my loan on or before time earlier.
But now I am unable to pay the loan as they as have charged 4000k above as a penalty for 40days and they keeps on calling me from the morning to late night.
They have also started calling my family members and they have also destroyed my reputation in my college. I don't have any job and I am ready to pay the amount I have took from them if they provide me some time and stop harassing me and my Known ones but the penalty charge is too high for me. Please help me!
