Amount from my account is deducted but they are showing that that payment is failed and saying i should pay again...

I had paid the money was 2710 on[protected].transaction failed but amount was deducted from my debit card.plese take necessary action....

I have been using mpokket for an year or so. I have always paid my loans on time. Recently i am unable to pay my loans due to the worldwide lockdown because of coronavirus. I don't have sufficient balance in my bank account. And i am unable to go to the bank. I mailed them about the unfavorable conditions. But today i got a call from an unknown number and he threatened me to pay by tomorrow otherwise he will call all the numbers in my contact...

My payment is overdue by 9 days due to lockdown. And they are calling and sending emails on daily basis. I have told them that i will pay it in 3 days but they said no pay it right now in half hour otherwise i will contact to your father. And their manner was too rude.
Please help me. And banned this application...

I made an account on mpokket mobile app, and didn't use it as my bank account linked to the account went into pending due to kyc related query. But after 2years i am informed by mpokket that there are couple of loans pending on my account. I stated them that these loans are withdrew by someone without my consent. In the india lock down period don't harass for repayment of loan so as per rbi gives 3 months validity after that i will pay because my account balance was not sufficient for repayment of loan so after banks will be open i will pay immediately. Dont call me anytime anywhere so if they do then i will register fir complaint against mpocket students loan app...

I just sent request of rs 500 loan. But i didn't got the money in my paytm no i provided them. Now i want to cancel that loan application and also want to delete my account permanently. But they are not doing anything. So help me with this. I want my account deleted now and don't want that 500 rs loan also. So i want both these canceled right away....

I'm getting a mail reminder regarding the overdue email amount on a daily basis, which is irritating me such email reminders at my email address...
I have asked for them to send a statement of account details of my loan details, but, they are saying simply, we are not able to trace your email address with contact number, then, why i'm getting such reminder emails for overdue emi amount to clear on a daily basis? br...

This company gives fake loan to students and steal tha data from the mobile.
They abuses people calling them and stealing bank details and other important details like contact details.
They call people by Internet and uses abusive languages and threaten to leak privacy of the people.
An urgent action should be taken on this company and this fake company should be shut down....

I actually requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. Please kindly look in the request. I requested for amount of 2000 and the app shows the loan hasbeen processed and even the email from the mpokket but why I don't know I haven't received money yet. Sir, my loan repayment was cancelled
But money was deducted from my
Bank account. I had taken 2000inr loan at tenure of 2 months for which i have to pay 2350, but because of mcoins they asked only 2327. It was overdue for 8days and repaid 2455 via debit card, now my transaction failed and money was deducted. So please take necessary action....

I paid my loan amount of 1175, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes it is showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through Google pay(screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed...

I used mpokket for loan almost 2years upto everytime i paid loan on due date, and 6months back i lost my phone and unable to logged in from another so i paid the money lately, only twice i got call and i said i will pay the money and send the direct link and even after payment My contact details got messages as i am defaulter . Its really painful to get humiliated even after payment of loans and ONE OF CONTACT THEY SENT MESSAGE WAS A NEW...

I repaid my loan amount of rs.525. At first, mpokket showed transaction is successful. But, later they showed transaction is unsuccessful and money got deducted from my bank account. I did not get my refund back. I submitted all the documents they asked, but they did not take any action. Please take necessary actions to get my money back. And the merchant is saying that the transaction is failure and money not recived...

I taked a loan amount of 2000 and i have to return 2175 n 10/08/2019.
On 10th august i pay the amount but my money deduct from my bank account my from the mpokket side transcation has been cancelled and my money didn't get back and i informed to mpokket about it but they are not taking any action and they are started charge late fee on my principal amount which i have to pay.

Sir, i've loan from mpokket of the amount of 10000rs they provided me the loan but the agreement links was thrown as an error they doesn't shown any agreement but making us to accept that agreement for money urgency after im accepting then they are sending loan agreement to the mail sir im in with some severe health issues i payed as much as i can but my condition physically, mentally, financially so bad to repay the amount but after reading...

My money is deducted from my account but transaction failed through online to mpokket app ..happens on Aug 7 ..my account no: [protected].. account holder name : gantyada pavankumar..rs of 1175 was gone ..they told your bank will credit in three days but not happens..my money is not refunded
I was again paid that money..on aug10 because the interest rate is increased dayby day by the mpokket ...

Well it's a loan providing company.in past i take the few loans and i repaid on times. But now its not shown any amount for borrowing. I'm also contact them but they do not give me proper reason or response. What is the reason behind of this and i need money urgently.
Now this company is providing very worst service. At which time i need money in urgency that time they do not give me.
So pls help me further in this and resolve...
