Mpokket — I have paid the loans with huge interest but asking again to pay the loans

I have taken 10k loan and paid 23k through the link shared by mpokket ag nt after conversation In the year 2020

But they are still asking me to pay 14k
Saying that payment not done

I have provided the screenshot of payments I shared to agent but they are saying we didn't receive you have to pay

This is my second complaint in this portal

One complaint is showing resolved but not resolved yet

In between mpokket employee contacted, asked me to take back the complaint
