I have taken few loans from mpokket app but dues to some issues I was not able to repay it on time but in past few months I'm paying the amount and almost closed my most loans. Now, only 2 loans are pending with the account no MK5D556396ID46294213 and MK3623637DID46293798. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding Mpokket's failure to update the closure of my loan on my CIBIL report. I had repaid the loan in full on 27/10/24 and despite multiple follow-ups via emails and phone calls to your customer support team, my CIBIL report still reflects the loan as active.

This delay in updating the loan closure status has negatively impacted my credit...

I have a lone of rupees 500 and I am not able to pay it from last 4 days, when ever I try to pay the amount it keeps sending me an error I have attached the image of the error below. This error is from last 5 days now I have contacted the person but he wasn't able to assist me at all the loan amount is getting increased day by day.

But they are still asking me to pay 14k

I recently encountered an issue with my mPokket loan repayment process, which seems to be a technical glitch in the app.
