[Resolved] Mpokket — I paid the loan and money deducted from my account but loan status is still pending

I borrowed the loan of Rs 1036 from mPokket app and the due date of loan is 14 March 2024 I paid the loan before the due date ( 10 March 2024 ) after payment the money deducted from my account but loan status is still pending the money deducted from my account is 1037 but still loan is active kindly I request you please help me about this matter I send all my details to their customer care email still they didn't take action on it please help me
