I had borrowed about 14k totally as multiple loans. I can't pay on time due to personal financial issue..I had paid about 40 loan on time.but this time I can't . Now they are saying to pay about 20, 500 I can't that much because I can't afford it. So I request you to provide me a waiver on penalty charges, so that I can repay the loan immediately

I borrowed the loan of Rs 1036 from mPokket app and the due date of loan is 14 March 2024 I paid the loan before the due date ( 10 March 2024 ) after payment the money deducted from my account but loan status is still pending the money deducted from my account is 1037 but still loan is active kindly I request you please help me about this matter I send all my details to their customer care email still they didn't take action on it please...

I have taken a loan amount of 10000 in Dec and Jan 2023 . Due to some financial issues I couldn't pay the amount on time .But during this time the interest has increased and the total amount has been increased to more than 20000 more than the double of the amount I have received .Now I want you to reduce my interest so that I can pay within one month.[Ref Id.7995425]

Mpocket has doubled my loan amount and i was in a severe problem from last year, and i took loan for my friend for emergency but he was unable to pay the amount, now its came to my neck and agents are harassing me everyday on the phone call, and they have sent the legal notice on my mail today . Regarding strict action if not paid. I took a loan of 13000 and now its 23, 500 . I even asked them to give the concession but they didn't respond....

Hi i took loan on my clg dys and due to covid am not able to make the payment later on 2022 mpokket people contacted me in WhatsApp and asked for settlement and i agreed to make the payment and i paid 20000rs later 2-3 months after mpokket agent called me and informing that the amount i paid its for fraud people and its scam. They informed after 2-3 months later they didn't called me but 4 months back i got call from mpokket regarding due...

Applied mpokket loan there I typed all steps but in 1st step it shows kyc pending only 90% percent only shows complete 10% incomplete Tried for kyc but there internal. It says server problem, but in the other three steps, I have done all the steps. I have put ID card, joining letter & appointment order & bank statement in the employment information, but it is not approved. The details are correct. I want my loan application to be approved.Here I am giving screen shot check it once you will understand my problem then solve it

in long term i will complain to court also.
i will talk to other victims also.
i will stop their bussiness.
i will lodge police complain also.
all who are suffering please take step .
