I am a regular & loyal customer of Mpokket since a long time & have always paid my loans on time and used the app a lot of times. When I recently checked my CIBIL Score, it shows 12 accounts are opened, instead of 3. I have tried to call them, E-Mail them but still no response. Please Help....

Respected sir, i am Sagar Solanki. on my cibil score shows one unknown loan from Mpokket finance ltd. This loan were not brought by me. someone is using my pan no and creating this issue. because of this I'm facing an issue with my cibil score.
my cibil score is getting reduced day by day.
kindly solve this issue.

Mpokket is not removing my late fee and penalty when I asked them I don't have any job i am facing financial problems please remove all late fee and penalties.Every other loan companies are removing all late fees except mpokket.please help me

I have taken loan from mpokket of 2200 each of 5 loans they deduct the intrest before credtiting the amount so i received 2000 each for 5 loans so now i have to pay them 11000 and they gave me 10000 which is completely fine but due to some issues i wasnt able to pay the loan on time which kept on increasing day by day i am jobless and hopeless since 4 months i emailed them and called them explained my issue that i am not even able to pay...

I have been trying from the past week to change my primary device but every time I try to take loan, the page with select your primary device comes up. I have selected my device multiple times and sent this issue to the email of mppoket there is no assistance from them on this issue there is no call centre whom I can call for the issue. Please address this issue ASAP. I am unable to take loan....

I have taken loan from mpokket in lockdown time of Rs 15000 and due to some financial problems I was not able to repay on time now I want to pay but they are asking me to pay Rs 34000 because they applied late payment fees of around Rs 17000 kindly provide waiver for late payment fees so that I can clear my dues...

While opening mpokket app ..for transaction..it's not working properly...it's showing like session out log in. .it's blinking like anything...can't able to select any single Option .am attaching the screen recording along with this complaint...

I've taken a loan of amount 8, 000/-, now the mpokket is forcing me to pay the total amount of around 20, 000/-.
As i'm being a student cannot pay the total stated amount, where i could wish you to settlement in regarding ....

I lost my registered mPokket mobile number and now mPokket is harrasing my contacts by calling them everyday,
I have called their customer care number to change my phone number but everytime I get the same message that their executives are currently busy?
What should I do can i file complaint against them for harrasing my contacts?...

I have taken a loan 5-6 time from mpokket app in 2018 and 2019 and i haf paid all the laons and then everything was cleared so i uninstalled the app. But now after 2-3 years a person from mpokket is calling and saying a person has mentioned your reference and had not paid the loan and i have not even heard the name of that person and they are calling again and again and trying to fraud me. I don't care even a bit but then too i should take...

This is regarding the Loan that I took in mPokket on Aug 2, 2021 and Aug 7, 2021 which I completed my Payement on Sep 2, 2021 and Sep 8, 2021. I do have proofs related to the payment which I made. But in CIBIL they still show OverDue and it affects my CIBIL Score. I raised complaint on there site but no response....

I took a loan from mpokket. I lost my registered number. The only login option available is through otp in registered mob number. After so many months when I tried to take a bank loan for my surgery puropse (if surgery not done I lose my life), it's shown that my cibil score is affected with jalan chemicals and when I seeked help from a friend to know the details, found that jalan chemicals related to mpokket . This company collects a huge amount of data from the users mobile. Contacts, sms, device information, installed apps, etc. They can use this information to identify your relatives and contact them. Their customer service is pathetic. They don't take calls when we call them. But they will reach you in minutes to harass and call you. They must provide an option to delete all the data they collected and deregister from the company if a user...
