I have closed and cleared all my loans with mpokket and asked for a NOC via email and also tried calling them via phone but not reachable, I have written them several emails to delete my account and provide me NOC but they do not respond. do help me with this. I need NOC

They did not update cic even after paying.
totally unethical and fraud bussiness.
i am going to consumer court will seek compensation.

Mpocket has doubled my loan amount and i was in a severe problem from last year, and i took loan for my friend for emergency but he was unable to pay the amount, now its came to my neck and agents are harassing me everyday on the phone call, and they have sent the legal notice on my mail today . Regarding strict action if not paid. I took a loan of 13000 and now its 23, 500 . I even asked them to give the concession but they didn't respond....

Hi i took loan on my clg dys and due to covid am not able to make the payment later on 2022 mpokket people contacted me in WhatsApp and asked for settlement and i agreed to make the payment and i paid 20000rs later 2-3 months after mpokket agent called me and informing that the amount i paid its for fraud people and its scam. They informed after 2-3 months later they didn't called me but 4 months back i got call from mpokket regarding due...

Applied mpokket loan there I typed all steps but in 1st step it shows kyc pending only 90% percent only shows complete 10% incomplete Tried for kyc but there internal. It says server problem, but in the other three steps, I have done all the steps. I have put ID card, joining letter & appointment order & bank statement in the employment information, but it is not approved. The details are correct. I want my loan application to be approved.Here I am giving screen shot check it once you will understand my problem then solve it

and my lawyer will file pil against mpokket ....

Pure unethical bussiness
i will complain to rbi
complain to consumer forum
in long term i will complain to court also.
i will talk to other victims also.
i will stop their bussiness.
i will lodge police complain also.
all who are suffering please take step .
if you are not capable off contact me.
i will sign a petition on change.com also.
i have 50k followers also ....

I have informed them that my last number which is registered with them was stolen ..I have not taken any sort of loan bt it keep showing in my credit score ...i contacted them that I m ready to pay 2k bt they are unresponsive

but again they show their nature by puting wrong information in credit score.

Dear madam, i have taken a loan of 5500 rupees in an emergency situation and due to some financial problems i was unable to pay at that time.. Now I have enough amount to my total principal amount but with the late fines the loan amount is approx 11000 now.. Please i am requesting to remove the late fines and i can able to pay the due amount. Kindly understand my situation

I requested loans from mpokket 4 days ago, i haven't received any amount from them, in their app it shows the amount is disbursed and it's active and it says check your bank account, however i have checked multiple times no amount was received from them.
