[Resolved]  Mpokket — I'm complaining about the loan provider is not refunding my money

I was paying a loan, MK19DF655AID107675, due to network problem the amount of Rs 2074.56 was deducted twice.
I had to pay 4 loan amounts on 10th but my transaction happened 5 times, I have proof of bank statement.
When I checked after some time the loan amount was paid but my second time amount is not refunded yet, now it's been 30 more days, tell me when will I get my refund, as it doesn't take that much time.

If I had not paid the same loan then these people would have included interest on late payment.
What about my money? I haven't received refund for so many days.
I sent them many emails, but these people are not replying to my emails.

Please reply and refund my amount, I have proof. Extra amount was paid due to network problems or the loan provider is not refunding my money. I am also sending you the bank statement and loan details.
