[Resolved] Mpokket — Late fine fee removal

I took a few loans but I am not able to pay the late fee its getting too high I tried to contact mpokket through customer care number they cannot provide me with desirable resolution and the late fines are increasing rapidly, which I am not going to pay I will pay the amount that i received from mpokket . Feb 9, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved The complainant is not resolved from India consumer complainant but I had to pay off the total amount due to their call harrasments. As discussed, we have informed you about the status of your outstanding loans and in the process we have offered you an adequate waiver on late fine charges as a goodwill gesture wherein you have not shown any affirmative way for making the repayment. Hence requesting you again to repay your outstanding loan at the earliest to avoid further penalty charges.

I tried to contact mpokket far before 10th October but the call was unable to connect and I tried many times the call getting cut after a given time and that's your service faula and for your fault I am not going to pay the late fine, and 20 percent off on late fine is not desirable as the late fine accumulated for your bad in app experience and call service, now i saw that my credit score is also hampered, I will not pay a single amount until and unless I see my credit score to its original score that is more than 760.
