[Resolved]  Mpokket — Loan amount not credited in my account

I apply 3 loans on mpokket
date of loan apply : 09 oct 2020
1 loan successfully credited in my account
1 loans credited date : 09 oct 2020

remaining 2 loans not credited in my account
till now

i send a mail to mpokket
they said the amount will be credited in your account
i send the 15 days statement of my bank account
they are still not respond

i submit to you all screen short and bank statement
solve the issue as early as possible
