I am a user of the mPokket platform and have recently applied for two separate loans — one for ₹2000 and another for ₹3000. Both of these loans have been shown as "disbursed" in the app interface, which usually means the amount is transferred to the bank account linked with my mPokket account. However, it has been several hours since the disbursement status was updated, and neither of the amounts has been credited to my bank account till now.
This is the first time I have faced such an issue using mPokket.in the past, loan disbursements have been instant or processed within a short time frame. I have double-checked my bank account details and verified that there is no issue from my bank’s side. The delay seems to be from mPokket’s end or with the payment processing.
I am in urgent need of these funds, and the delay is causing a lot of inconvenience and stress. I am requesting the support team to urgently look into this issue, verify the transaction status, and ensure that the funds are credited to my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
