[Resolved]  Mpokket — Loan mafia

My name is Sourav Das. I had a taken 4 loans from mpokket. When the Lock down started I requested them to not calculate penalty in this pandemic I will give you the principal amount as soon as possible. They continue to count the penalty. Today some of their customer care person called me and told me that the principal amount I took of Rs. 6375/- is now more than 11000/- now. I requested him that I can't pay that much I can only pay the principal amount. Because I am a student in this lock down I don't have a job. My grandmother has died of Covid-19. Our family is going in trouble. He said okay. I have to pay at least one loan with penalty, after that I the rest of the principal they will take in a revised link. After paying that loan of Rs. 2179/- he irresponsibly dropped the call and didn't pick the call up. And mpokket inhumanly mailing me to pay the penalty amount in this pandemic in this situation. It's such a exploitation to the students. Please solve my concern as soon as possible otherwise I will not have an option other than taking legal action against you. Thanks.
