[Resolved]  Mpokket — loan marked as closed after partial prepayment

I recently encountered an issue with my mPokket loan repayment process, which seems to be a technical glitch in the app.

After completing the 5th EMI, I decided to pay off the remaining amount. Since the app didn’t allow a single full repayment, I paid the last EMI first (₹2, 230.88). However, after this transaction, the app incorrectly marked the loan as "closed, " even though two more EMIs were pending.

This appears to be a bug in the system, as there was no option to pay off the remaining balance in one go. I am concerned about the loan's actual status and its impact on my credit report.

Requested Resolution:
Verify the loan status and confirm if it is officially closed.
Provide an NOC if the loan is closed.
Fix the app issue to allow seamless early repayment.

Please address this issue at the earliest.
