[Resolved]  Mpokket — Loan Overdue in CIBIL even after payment

I am a regular & loyal customer of Mpokket since a long time & have always paid my loans on time and used the app a lot of times. When I recently checked my CIBIL Score, it shows 12 accounts are opened, instead of 3. I have tried to call them, E-Mail them but still no response. Please Help.

I closed all my dues but still shows active loan in my civil .kindly resolve this issue and provide me noc as soon as possible..i urgently need it.. within week.
